The Carved AND the Mous Bamboo both showed up today! Yay!
I’m pleasantly surprised with both cases. Rocked the Mous Bamboo all day today and didn’t find it slippery at all. Maybe because I went in thinking it would be and I was overcompensating grip but it didn’t slip at all today. Just put the Carved on and the buttons are excellent (rivals the Bullstrap buttons which are the best), grip is solid, speaker cutouts don’t match but Mous’ don’t either. Overall two excellent cases!

Looks dope! But you are not liking them correct? Mainly because they are slippery?
The 13PM Bamboo is very slippery and the clear finish on the back is starting wear off after only 3 days of use. I'm still using it today. The S22 Ultra one seems to have a little more grip and the buttons are way better than the rubber buttons with the slits of the 13PM version. I have not used the S22 one at all as I'm waiting for my Whitestone dome glass to come in.

Latercase Cyber Edition, loving how unbelievably thin and light this is. The texture on the back is really nice as well.

How are the fingerprints on this bad boy? Please be honest because although I LOVE my Pitaka EZMag... less oils and fingerprints appearing on the back would make me want to order it

Only had it a day or so but I’m noticing less fingerprints than I was getting on the Pitaka Air. The Latercase is definitely more texturised on the back, maybe that’s helping? Not sure if the Pitaka Air is the same material as the MagEZ though?

Thanks for your response!

Is the 'soft touch' coating on the back the same on the Latercase as the Pitaka? Or is it more of a 'matte plastic' feel to it but it's textured?

I've seen comparisons online but nobody mentions the coating at all.

Sent my Air back last week so unfortunately can’t say for sure but it’s definitely more ‘grippy’ than the Air. You couldn’t really feel the fiber weaving on the Air, whereas it’s very noticeable on the Latercase.

Great roundup of the PhoneRebel case lineup…

The only good thing about those detachable buttons are that differing colours would be easily swappable, but since that wasn’t their plan, they should’ve done better, in terms of a more secure bond to the case.

Flex still the best by a mile imo.
