I'm tempted to try the Defender XT
Why? Do you like having your back glass break as soon as the phone is dropped in the XT?I'm tempted to try the Defender XT
How bad are the finger prints compared to the Pitaka ?Went through two poor fitting MagEZ Pros and after a while of going back to Apple leather I've just ordered the Benks MagClap Hybrid Kevlar case.
Much better buttons, correct mic/speaker cutouts at the bottom, extra camera cutout protection and much better fit.

I’m seeing my apple wallet leaving marks on my Pitaka now , I may end up back in the apple leather or may try otterbox xtI'm about to join the fat boy party myself The fingerprints and Magsafe ring on the Pitaka are killing me.
I have it. It’s actually a really nice case with a great feeling texture. The only downfall is it’s so tight fitting, you can’t use any skins on the phone.Does look kinda cool but I dunno.
Will let you know when it arrives soon. Pretty sure it'll be the same with any Kevlar & aramid fibre case. How bad are the finger prints compared to the Pitaka ?
They’re completely different; the fat boy is super grippy and stole all the grip from the XT which has none at all.Is there a big difference?
Is it really that bad? Why? Do you like having your back glass break as soon as the phone is dropped in the XT?
You should check out the XT at Best Buy. The sides are alright, but if God forbid it falls on concrete, the back glass is guaranteed shattered. Is it really that bad?
I‘m going to be starting a new job that’ll put me on construction sites doing electrical work. I was looking at the Sheath thinking the material is more durable than my Color Brick, but does anyone have any recommendations for something more rugged that isn’t mega fat?So last year when I tried the Sheath on the 12 Pro, it seemed like the sides were kind of flimsy and I felt like the phone would pop out with a decent drop. Is the current one better? And is there enough of a lip with a screen protector installed?
Spigen Tough Armor or UAG MonarchI‘m going to be starting a new job that’ll put me on construction sites doing electrical work. View attachment 1996962 I just got the Casetify Bounce Case and it is great! The oversized corners prevent the phone from being damaged up to 13 feet. I also just purchased a Mous Evolution Case. It is a very nice rugged slim case with great grip.
If they put the grips on the edges of their limitless 4.0. Also they need to put silicone in the case to protect the phone like the Evolution Case.Interesting. Now why can’t Mous put those sides on their other cases to give them more grip? That’s always been my biggest gripe with them (and Rhinoshield). They make really protective cases that need to be really protective because they’re so slippery.
Bounce is super pricey and didn’t hold up well in that 50 foot drop test. For $80 it should laugh at that kind of fall. Looks cool though.View attachment 1996962 I just got the Casetify Bounce Case and it is great! The oversized corners prevent the phone from being damaged up to 13 feet.
