Thanks for the heads up. I was planning to add a clear case anyway, so this was great. BTW, the deal also applies to the regular 13 if anyone is interested.

Just received and installed a black Otterbox Defender XT Pro on my Sierra Blue iPhone 13 Pro. Really like this case, besides the high price. Quality on my unit is top notch. Good side grip and overall ergonomics are really solid. Buttons are very very good too, solid and responsive, but not hard to press. This case is probably has the best fit and finish out of any Otterbox case I've purchased in the past two years.

Yes the back doesn't have the grip of the normal Defender, but I prefer that. The normal Defender cases stick in the pockets and seem to collect debris. This doesn't.
I actually like the case. Good quality overall, not sure about it as an everyday case but it’s impressive

I’ve found my perfect clear case for my phone! The peel hard case arrived today from the us and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. Minimal, shows off the colour and works fine with MagSafe despite not having magnets. Button Holes are cut out and are flush so not gonna get knocked accidentally.
Love that case! Wonder how that compares with barecase?

Does the case let in dust/hair/debris?

I have the power support air jacket and it’s nice but let’s in a lot of dust. And it doesn’t stay on the belkin 3 in 1 charger and slides off.

Does anyone know If the Journey case is full leather or, like Nomad, its sides are that bad black plastic (seems to be the case, according to the photos). Also, how would you compare it to Nomad’s?

I have confirmed with lifeproof support that they are not releasing a waterproof case for the 13 mini. So I will need to look for other brands.

I gotta sift through this thread, but I was wondering if anyone can chime in on their experience with Carved Live Edge cases. I posted here, but haven't gotten any responses yet. TIA

Look great! I'm waiting for my Peel hard case too.
How about lip over display? There suppose to be some. I can see that you use glass on screen.

How's the grip?
Yeah it’s not too bad, still a bit slippery so you gotta be careful but it’s a good secondary case after my apple leather. I’m a careful type so it definitely has its place but you’d need to be careful with it if you’re out and about on hard surfaces!

I’ve only had it on 24 hours but I’m free from dust etc so far!

there’s very little lip on the front edge which I don’t mind. I can run my finger smoothly off the side of the screen. Also the camera lip on the back is minimal so again you gotta not be the type that slings your phone down anywhere I’d say.

Thanks. I love how it looks but if it makes the phone slippy then I’ll give it a miss. I don’t mind an ultra thin case if it adds grip but if not then it’s not like it offers any protection if you drop it

Hey Mate, do you use a tempered glass screen protector with that case? I am planning to get non-pro Defender for my Iphone but I can't find a compatible screen protector. I was wondering if you have one installed, which brand is it.

Grabbed this on amazon yesterday, magsafe magnets. If it were a closer blue to the actual phone colour and had slightly more grip it would be pretty perfect.

Not available yet, looks rubber sides. I didn't realise that was going to get one. Last years was full leather I think.

That looks gorgeous (nice looking stand too!).

I would almost be tempted to get one of Apple's silicone colours also if it weren't for the fact that they are lint magnets. 😕
That's a cheap wood Ikea stand XD and yeah, definitely a lint magnet that case..

ordered the golden brown leather case to go with my 13pm sierra yesterday and get it tomorrow. Going to do the alcohol wipe thing to get the outer coating off. I am usually case-less but the sides are just a wee bit too tall and rigid as they go into my hand a bit while holding.
