I love UAG's dated look and of course Magsafe will not work with the Monarch cases. Can’t stand UAG‘s dated design. Does MagSafe even work in them?

I don’t understand the concerns about scratches. If you’re trading it in Apple doesn’t care. If you’re keeping it for a few years it’s not going to matter when it comes time to upgrade. I’ve thought about putting a matte finish on the 13 Pro. Just need to figure out the grit I need to use for the finish I want.I like the Apple Clear Case. It looks solid and thick enough to be shock absorbent. But, the bottom lip is cut out and so, the phone is exposed. Is it a problem to people? I remember using a similar case for the XS Max before and the stainless steel at the bottom do become scratch.
I’ve been running apple clear case for my 13PM for a few days now. The cutout doesn’t bother me aesthetically. It’s very well rounded and smooth so it doesn’t cut or dig into my pinky finger. In fact all the case’s edges are nicely rounded and comfortable to grip without any sharpness. Feels premium and solid overall. It was slippery as heck first couple of days but it doesn’t seem slippery now. Also have the leather and silicone cases but prefer this now.I like the Apple Clear Case. I don't have Apple Store in my country and I trade in through a 3rd party company and having the phone in tip-top condition does fetch better pricing. Having the entire bottom lip exposed does make the phone susceptible to scratches, no matter how careful I am.I don’t understand the concerns about scratches. I don't like damage. It's ugly, and rarely represents anything positive.I don’t understand the concerns about scratches. If you’re trading it in Apple doesn’t care. Worth it for me as I've always loved UAG's cases. This Monarch is the best looking case they have made to date. They had a 25% off code for New Years so it was a no brainer for me. The fit, feel and finish are top notch and I really like this one.Looks great. So, worth it or not?

Just my opinion, your mileage may vary.
Was thinking about ordering one of these but I like the olive green one which doesn't have Magsafe but that's OK with me.Have you tried their Metropolis LT case? The Monarch is a little to "loud" for me but I like threaded kevlar back of the Metropolis plus it has magsafe. But it seems a lot of people complain its loose. It's periodically on sale for $35 at Best Buy which is much more reasonable than the $60 they're normally asking for.
My 13 Pro Max (Sierra Blue) is due to land with me tomorrow; so I've had a few cases land with me today and the screen protectors, so I can get them fitted as soon as I remove it from its box

Interesting philosophy.I don't like damage. It's ugly, and rarely represents anything positive.
To me, at the least it implies carelessness, something that could have and should have been prevented.
At the worst, it can disable a device, car, camera and make for an expensive and inconvenient repair.
I take pride in owning and using something for years knowing that I took the best care of it that I could.
A scratch on a phone is permanent, always there, staring one in the face.

It's a PITA, no?I'm the same
I've serious OCD issues when it comes to stuff like that; either gadgets, or my cars etc...
My current 7 series needs the passenger side front & rear doors respraying and I'm waiting until after winter to get them done; most folk would leave it but I can't cope with it haha ?
