Just ordered a camo green and mesa blue sheath for my graphite 13 pro. Not sure when they added these.

Nice, like that green.

You like the Sheath better than the Gripzilla?

I do like the Sheath better than the Gripzilla.

Two things bothered me about the Gripzilla:

1. The notch in the case for the earpiece is deeply recessed (not sure if that the best way to describe it). But the result was a ton of lint getting collected and stuck in the actual earpiece of my iPhone. Not a deal breaker, but I didn’t like it.

2. The contoured sides are nice to hold and do make it easier to grip while using, but when I would pick my phone up off my desk or table, the contoured sides actually make it more difficult to pick up? Again, hard to explain. But it was noticeable.

I’ll post pics of the new Sheath’s when I get them in this week!

I definitely agree about the notch cutout- its weird. Strangely I have seen so many companies using much larger ones.

My issue with my sheath is that in the 2+ months its been my daily case, the back is now shiny. The texture is still there, but it has a weird gloss on it. Cant really describe it

I noticed the same with my sheath. Quality just isn’t there plus is overly heavy. I’m using a mous case at the mo. Seems ok.

Anyone try the Gripmonk case?

Is the Gripzilla screen protector friendly or does it peel them up?

I also have the gripmunk in black with MagSafe. Nice case, but find the back quite scratch prone. Totally different material that zilla. My daughter has the monk in clear for her 13. Loves the grip.

I use the ESR full screen protector. No issues at all

Did you have any rough edges on your sheath? That’s kind of the only issue I’ve had with mine is that the ear piece portion of the case is a little rough.

I'm not sure I see an issue here. Grow your nails & scrape it off?

Yeah. Like I said, it’s not that big of a deal. I’d just like it to be smooth, so that it doesn’t scratch my ear when I use the phone.

I might try some polishing tricks on it.

I reached out to Caudabe just to see if they could give me any tips for smoothing out this portion some. Even though I told them it wasn’t that big a deal and that I didn’t mind trying to smooth it some, they immediately said they are seeming me a replacement. I totally could have lived with the tiny defect, but they went above and beyond.

I’ve always had such amazing customer service from Caudabe, and it’s just another reason I’ll continue to be a customer.

Yeah that’s my experience as well. Same with Pitaka and Mous.

Just picked this up for my 12 pro (i know this is a 13 forum but they make them for those also). If you are looking for a knock off apple silicon case this feels just about identical. im sure theres many brands out there but went with this one, can't beat the price. Can't speak for the reliability now, but the reviews are good (reviews for the apple brand silicon case were spotty when considering both so just went for this one). No magsafe features, but I didn't care for that anyway. Brand: Miracase

Does the plain black Otterbox Symmetry for the 13 PM suck?

Saggy bottom? Need a crowbar to remove phone from case ETC?

Just wondering........

After reading the comments from other fine forum members, I went with the Pitaka Aramid case, this one specifically:

I’ll concur with the other reviewers here, the magnets in this one are BY FAR the strongest I’ve come across. If you are a MagSafe battery or MagSafe wallet user, this is absolutely the case for you. Very difficult to get the battery to shake off, same for the wallet coming out of a pocket. The only slight neg is that it lacks in the ”raisivity” department (Flossy Carter’s word)

Still… MagSafe accessory users, this is the case for you

Well then, it’s a major major go. Let me do the smell test first…

Finally got Pitaka Mag Ez Pro. My favourite case so far with the mag ez. Only slight issue is I can see the frame in the top left and right corners. Minor issue.

My first and then replacement showed the metal in the same places. I went on to use Apple leather afterwards.
One member claims using a hairdryer to heat the TPU and bend into shape works. Be careful not to pull to hard as to separate from the carbon fibre.
