Yesterday I buy Otterbox symetry+ case. Case is snug and magnets are strong but warning- all corners and sides come dirty after 1 day of use and cannot be cleaned. I do not know what kind of rubber they use, but soaps and even kitchen cleaner do not work. I do not put phone even in any pocket yet. Really dissapointing!

Awesome case but unacceptable MagSafe strength. Very weak and effected charging. I sent mine back.
The MagSafe on mine is a little weaker than I would like, but it works okay. It works fine on all of my MagSafe chargers and stands, including the one in my van. The only issue I have is my MagSafe wallet tends to come off a little too easily.

That would have to be returned. That’s unacceptable.

I have used a lot of light cases but never even imagine that Otterbox may have such issues. Returned at the evening and look in store that green and purple ones opened for review have the same issues as this blue one.
If like Otterbox then looks like the safest way is to choose with the black borders.

What is the difference?
If they are both the Monarch series, then the only difference is the Kevlar one has Kevlar on back and the carbon fiber one has carbon fiber. It’s just a slightly different look. Neither one is used to add rigidity or strength, especially since Kevlar is used in flexible bullet proof armor that is easier to wear and move in. And is lighter. Ttough I could see it increasing drop shock resistance.

Yea sorry should clarify, the first one was the Uag Meropolis Lt case in Kevlar. The second one was the monarch pro carbon fibre

Same here , I wish I can find a case that does not have sag other than Apple cases. I’m tempted to try the new lumen at the Apple Store , the one video I seen shows a tight fit but they don’t do a tug test on the sides and bottom .
No sag on the nomad leather

Is is better than the 13 max one, magsafe was weak, saggy and man the lip is huge.
Love the look though.

Not sure, I just used their plasma series on the 13 pro max. It’s definitely got a bigger lip to it but once the screen protectors on, it’s not too bad.

MagSafe is my next investment, I just have a standard wireless charging pad on my night stand that does the job. Never have to charge during the day because of the battery life in these beasts lol

How do you guys so carefully install screen protector that it doesn’t lift with sheath?

I got one install correct but bunch of dog hair in it so gotta try again. Not looking forward to it haha

Edge of top part of screen protector has to go a bit below horizontally where the earpiece cut out dips
To accommodate the case’s lip imo

if you don't have a screen protector that comes with an install tray, install it while the case is on

That’s a bummer, but good thing you got your money back. The clear Symmetry+ I had on my 14 Pro for two weeks (before I returned both the phone and the case) were fine though.
