Exact same problem. It's not that hard to respond to emails asking for a simple status update.

on my orange band i had the same issue but they responding to my email with 24 hours with a statues update so its hit or miss i guess just be paitent you will get what you ordered. i wish i ordered the orange rugged case i didnt think id want it but now its sold out for the 14 pro max

If paid on a credit card, get your credit card company to get your money back. If they offer a return policy, they should respond and accept. They haven’t so they’ll get your money back

Finally got my Phone Rebel Frosted Gen 4 for my Deep Purple iPhone ProMax. I decided to get the non-MagSafe version considering I don’t use MagSafe as much anymore and didn’t feel like waiting any longer for the MagSafe version. I got to say it’s a really nice case and no fingerprints.

My iPhone 14 PM dropped 1m (3ft) in its Peak Design case. Not a single scratch on the phone or case. Granted it fallen on the harsh carpet of a plane, but quite happy to see the case holding it up.

i think I've found what I've been looking for; its a thin PP case like from Peel or Slim Case, which I've had on my phones since the XS but it also has a pretty strong magsafe magnet to hold my phone.

Randomly picked up an Otterbox Figura the other day at Apple.

It doesn’t add much bulk, much like the Tech 21 Evo Tint that I have too.
The design on it isn’t too bad either and the texture is very nice too.
Cant report on the MagSafe as I’ve not tried it yet, sorry.
Also it’s a lot darker then it is in the pic.

ps….I know I need to dust the area around the lenses 😄
