Yea, everything I purchased from Verizon always comes in a box with a return label and ships from either Pennsylvania, California or Texas. This was shipped in a thin envelope with no return label, from some returns processing center in Lauderhill Florida. Weird. Verizon said they were crediting me for both of these cases, and they better not be on my bill.
Now, I just need to get the black frame piece.
@UnjustifiedBot have you received any additional communication from Spigen? I have sent a couple emails since returning the affidavit asked when to expect the prize and it has been crickets. Doesn’t seem like a good look for their “VIP support” if they won’t respond to emails.
I mean it’s too bad you couldn’t order the black version from Amazon and do a little switcheroo, then return……… 🤔

The side grip is excellent and the Magsafe is pretty good for such a fat boy. It hangs fine on my Magsafe charger on my desk, I would not count on it hanging strong in you vehicle only attached to a Magsafe mount.
The shiny back is a fingerprint magnet and it does get some scratches. Just don't look at it under LED lighting
My favorite 'Case of the Day" is the Catalyst Influence. This is an old time favorite and the 14PM version is no exception. Frosted back shows minimal fingerprints, love the "Cat's Tongue" grip on the sides, perfect buttons, front firing speakers and it's just an all around fantastic case. I love being able to add the ultra orange buttons with the cool little mute switch wheel. Here are some pics:
I had it. It’s a good case. I just didn’t find myself using it as it clashed with my benks screen protector.
I have the Spigen glass and it's a perfect fit with this case.

Did anyone else have bad luck with their Caudabe Synthesis? Their customer service is great because they sent me a replacement but I’m saving it until this one is real bad but this is how scratched the back looked after less than a week and I babied it after I saw the first scratch….

Yes, they get scratched very easy and the Magsafe ring will also show up in the form of scratches in a circle sooner or later.
Did you not like the black Defender Pro XT and preferred the clear one better?

The side grip on the Otterbox is better. The back of the Otterbox is smooth, slippery, a fingerprint magnet and does show scratches pretty easy. I like the Catalyst better between the two. The Catalyst has a Cat's tongue feel on the sides and I really like that. The back is also matte and the fingerprints are not bad like the Otterbox. The Catalyst is one tight fitting case.

Both about equal strength. The Catalyst is a much lighter case though.
