How does the back hold up with finger prints in the short amount of time you have it ? Does it seem better than last years ? Also do you think that internal material will leave marks ? Not sure why it’s not microfiber like last year

I believe the fingerprints are going to be the same. Feels like every other aramid fiber I've had in the past. That soft rubber lining feels nice, and I do not believe it would hurt the phone at all. I do think it will leave it's imprint/pattern on the back of the phone though. Hopefully should wipe off with no problem.

Also, the included glass is no longer Flolab.

After I get back from lunch, I will fondle the case some more and report back on fingerprints.

The back of the Phone Rebel is slippery, but the sides have more grip?? The Flex is probably going to be a no go for me then, because that would make the entire phone slippery. I ordered the rebel and the flex so I’ll compare.

My Synthesis comes on Saturday and Phone Rebel on Monday. Should be interesting….

Yes the back to me is more slippery but sides are a bit more grippy.

What are peoples thoughts on the Speck Candyshell pro MagSafe case? I bought it for my iPhone 14 pro max but haven't gotten my phone yet (hasn't shipped yet) and am having second thoughts on the case

Long time Caudabe user. Usually rock the sheath but this year the Synthesis is amazing, better than the sheath imo.

You still prefer the Synthesis over the Sheath? I've been using the Sheath on 13 Mini and just bought it again for the 14 Pro. I was torn between Synthesis and Sheath. I just want the grippiest lightest case out of the two of them but keep reading differing opinions on which case is lighter.

To the Andar owners. How much heavier is the phone with the case on?

Not heavy at all. My Synthesis feels noticeably heavier.

Phone Rebel Gen 4!

Great fit and buttons are perfect. Back doesn’t have the usual texture of aramid fibre and is super slippery. Sides have a bit more grip than last year. No microfibres on the inside. MagSafe is crazy strong! Happy to answer questions.

How thick and heavy is this case? To me this look most comparable to Mous but I find the Mous to be unacceptably thick and heavy in long term use.

Just got the Phone Rebel cases in and I’m torn a little. Excellent quality case but I prefer the textures feel on the back of the Gen 3 besides the smooth back they have now. Copper buttons look good and I like how the thin the case feels. Overall solid solid case but the back being slick changes the way it feels in hand completely to me. Trying my best to get a video out tomorrow.
