Maaannnn. I’m so torn.

Caudabe Synthesis - I mean I like it. The grips on the side are nice. But the back and the parts without the grip seem slick to me. I wanted to like it and for it to be the one, but I think between this and the Sheath…. I might actually lean to the Sheath.

Phone Rebel Gen 4 - Man. The quality is nice. The phone is comfortable to hold. Despite what others said, to me the back has a nice texture and the sides seem a little slick. If this is grippier than before, then I guess that explains why I didn’t keep it before when I tried it. Was hoping for a difference there.

Phone Rebel Flex - Now this one was a surprise. I wasn’t even planning on ordering this one but did it on a whim. The back feels the same as the Rebel Gen 4. The sides and top seem to have a bit of texture to them that the Rebel doesn’t have. Then the sides of the naked phone don’t seem slick to me, although I feel like they did when I had the 12 PM. So this one feels like with it I have the best handle on the phone out of the three.

Magnet strength is the same on all of them - pretty strong. No complaints there.

I think I’m keeping the Flex! I’m gonna run with it for a day or two and see how I feel.

For other Phone Rebel people - have you put on the screen protector?

Bought the Nomad Horween leather wallet case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max and very impressed.

I’d like to get the leather case as well although the Horween leather is significantly more expensive than the Modern variant.

Don’t mind paying the extra if it’s worth it, anyone have any experience of both?

Thanks.

Keep us posted on the Flex. I like the Rebel so far. I will try to run it today. It is my work phone which I generally try to stay away from on the weekends if I can lol. I do not think the back is slick as others have said. It does not seem to be as much of a fingerprint magnet as Gen 3 from what I can tell so far.

I am also gonna wait for @TechnicallyTee video to drop on the Flex. I had last years Flex and did not care of for it. As for the screen protector no I did not install it as I already have one of my own.

Interesting since they claim to offer speedy customer service.

They do state that they are quite busy but usually respond within 24 hours. But this is wayyy past that. Oh well. You might be right 😀
They got back to me after a couple of days regarding my "gray" question. No plans in the works for either case in that color... :(
