My Nomad Sport Case in Racing Yellow finally got released from whatever USPS vortex entrapped it for a few days (sadly, it still has captured my Mous order).
Those who said this guy was shiny weren't kidding! Pulled it out of the box under a desk lamp, and it was all "my eyes!" Hard to take photos of, without reflecting too much.

The bottom edge, compared to the other three edges, is a little thicker. I guess to accommodate for its lanyard feature, which I don’t care for but doesn’t bother me enough.

This is why my Modern Leather sadly sits in the drawer of death. Wish it had the same dimensions as the Sport case. You can see the difference in this photo I took last week...

Nope the entire case. The Modern Leather makes the phone feel wider than it truly is.
I got a used-like new Gripmunk in today and I don't care for it. I can see why the copy I got was returned. The inner microfiber liner is pulling away below the camera hole, and there are noticeable mold release issues on the bottom ports (extra bits of plastic). I'll be retuning it as defetive.
I'll give it that it's a nice mix between the Sheath and Synthesis. The buttons are much better than a/my Sheath, but I like the Sheath better in every other way. I find the texture of the Gripmunk too rough and uncomfortable to hold. The finger grooves do feel good though. Nice case just not for me.

I am glad that I ordered the sport. Super blue on the way 🙌 The modern leather wasn’t on my radar anyways.

I've begged them to drop an Ultra Orange sport case to go with their watch band lineup. Hopefully I have enough pull lol
Phone Rebel Frosted still in USPS prison. Been over a week. This case better be worth it because I was excited about the orange buttons mod.
Agreed on the superb quality and the smooth surfaces but I find that the chamfered edges help to offset the lack of grip from the satin-like finish and allow it to feel more secure in the hand. I'm accustomed to the Caudabe cases and their robust texture so when I first installed the Pitaka it made me a bit nervous because of that contrast. After using it though, I'm a fan... those angular edges and rigid sides provide good grip without being uncomfortable, and the aramid fiber makes for a strong case and slim profile.

I ordered exactly a week ago so isn't too bad...seems like it's more of a carrier issue than Rebel issue. Hopefully I will like it for the orange buttons only lol
What do you buy with a $25 Target gift card? Obviously you complete the silicone trifecta and add the Black since on sale for $37.50.
