Tried to get some pictures but I'm only working with an iPad over here for pictures today :(

Don't know if I'm really feeling these red buttons or not, might go back to all black or the ultra orange.

Yea I’m not gonna bother purchasing as the buttons are still very tactile. I am going to let him know the gen 6 buttons need to be a little thicker

I received the second “new” Pitaka case from Amazon today that was clearly used (dirty, dinged corner, clearly dropped). Pretty frustrating. Does anyone know if this is a new thing with Amazon? I haven’t had it happen until this year.

Is the case that hard to take off? Also the replaceable camera ring does the screws hit the phone at all? also what about the buttons what type of material is in the inside of the buttons i hope it doesn’t damage the phone.

That’s brutal wow. Not sure what is going on with Amazon lately but I used to be able to return anything and get Amazon credit within 2-4 hours. Now certain items being returned say up to 30 days wtf 🤬

Munky is packaged up to be returned. It gets zero attention.

I have zero issues taking the case off the one time I took it off to change the camera ring. The screws sit below slightly so no impact to the phone. The padding on the buttons but do not care as I do yearly phone upgrades anyways.

I’m going to wait to see how I like the frosty. If I like it going to order the padded gen 4 buttons from PR eBay store.

If it’s sold and distributed from Amazon I think you’ll get the refund/ credit within a few hours of posting, however if it’s sold through Amazon via a third party then there is a delay.

I bought a Nomad horween leather case off Amazon sold by a company called CE Direct, when it arrived it was clearly a return that had been sent out again, I complained to customer service and got the credit on my account the day after posting.

Yes, the case is hard to take off and there is no padding on the insides of the Gen 5 buttons.

I need to start thinning the herd over here.

Same I will be doing a few returns next week. Munky won't get any usage.

I pulled it off from the top 2 corners and comes right off. It's not a Pitaka MagEZ 4 case haha

I just got back from returning the blue Symmetry via UPS, I got credit to my account within 30 mins. I’ll miss the Bluetiful on my NaTi 😕

Frosted PR looks so good, only things that stop me are weight and the small USB C cutout. Waiting on Pitaka MagEZ 5 to show up on Amazon.. THEN I’ll be done buying cases.. 👀 unless I see a good sale/new color on Nomad Sport

Looks like the PR is being sold by PR and shipped by PR on Amazon which means you’ll have to pay for a return.
