I just got back from returning the blue Symmetry via UPS, I got credit to my account within 30 mins. I’ll miss the Bluetiful on my NaTi 😕

Frosted PR looks so good, only things that stop me are weight and the small USB C cutout. Waiting on Pitaka MagEZ 5 to show up on Amazon.. THEN I’ll be done buying cases.. 👀 unless I see a good sale/new color on Nomad Sport

I am shocked that the weight does not bother me. Seems a touch lighter than the Synthesis, maybe because it's not an all hard plastic case. The more cases I try, the further the Synthesis drops in my ranking. The port does not bother me either because I am MagSafe everything, but I see your point about the precise cutout.

A few Mous cases might be in my case thinning process o_O Waiting to see how crappy that green Mous is if it ever shows up.

I've returned so much sh*t at Amazon I'm worried they will suspend me if I return a few more.

Have a Munky, Zilla & Spigen Frosted they might be getting back next week (all defective) ;)

Is it maybe because of the way the PR is designed? Slim edges? Where the Synthesis is boxy.

I’ve had seven different cases delivered by Amazon today.

All being returned for ‘poor fitment’ 😂

I know this has been asked many times..

But can anybody please recommend a high quality case with good grip/feels good in the hands (preferably can be purchased from Amazon) for the 15 Pro Max?
I have tried the Nomad Rugged but found it to bulky and I have also tried the Apple Silicone and found that it picks up a lot of lint and dirt.

According to @TechnicallyTee

Gen 5 frosted Max 51 grams

Synthesis Max 45 grams

Yes but not shipped / fulfilled by Amazon which means no free returns.

I was lucky enough to get the last non pro shipped / fulfilled by Amazon.
I just checked and it isn't sold on Amazon UK. Will be delivered to me on 23rd December which is too long.

If you like the aramid version it’s listed as Amazon prime. Don’t know transit for the aramid version to the UK though.

If I wanted the aramid version I could get it today.

In what way can the textured sides get annoying by the end of the day?
After a while the sides can become reminiscent of something like a ratchet handle that has overly rough knurling. Super grippy but uncomfortable to grasp for long periods. I’d like it better if they toned down the sharp texture a bit.

Pretty sure that if you declare it as faulty, it’ll be free returns regardless.

Amazon take care of that for the seller using their platform

The gen 5 frosted is suppose to have less bite. But since I’ve worked with my hands all these years my hands are still rough and grips like that don’t bother me. Since I’ve been in my new position(which is similar labor as an office job) at same employer my hands haven’t softened up.

Interesting. How would this work? Initiate the return via Amazon.com/app, declare faulty, generate label with free return shipping?

Exactly that 👍 ‘performance or quality not adequate’ always works for me. Then just say “poor fit, poor magnets” or something.

If you select to return as ‘not required’ then yeah, they’ll charge you for a label

I’ve worked at a computer for the past 25 years so my hands softened up long ago.

If sold and shipped my merchant it’s different. It would depend on the merchant. Amazon might step in but that’s not guaranteed. When fulfilled / shipped by Amazon that means it’s prime and a much easier returns because they return is via Amazon. Depending the seller might send you a label via Amazon to return but since it’s not free returns they could charge you for it.

Initiating a return when the item is sold and shipped by the seller is different. Look at the current listing. It’s free shipping doesn’t say free returns. Look who it’s sold by and look who it’s shipped by. Doesn’t mean you won’t get a free return and pay for shipping.

I personally never buy items from Amazon unless it’s prime. It’s just so much easier.
