I think most people won’t, I think it’s more of a me issue than a Synthesis issue.
Seems like a good amount of people have issue with the Synthesis grip.
Which is a shame cause it’s a good case, did yours for the 15 pro have the easily scratched back issue that mine had on the 14 pro version?
Same here. At first use, I really liked the grip of the Synthesis. But after using it two days, it started to irritate my palm. Otherwise it’s a solid case
Agree on the Synthesis.
To a much lesser extent, this is my gripe with the Sheath. A bit irritating after awhile. Despite that, I ranked it as my top case.
Giving the Nomad Modern Leather another go. Leather just feels better compared to Sheath texture. Subjective. I have been enjoying caseless too. Feels like a completely different device.
Works great! The magnet is still super strong, takes a lot for it to be taken off. Has not fallen off once, so it won’t come off by accident when using it.
Is that 80 grit on the sides? 🧐
It actually looks a lot like the material on old film cameras, which if that’s the case is a good thing.

I like it a lot, but after using it around the house for a few days I can eventually get tired of the rough texture on the sides. It’s amazing when out and about though - there’s no sense at all that you’ll drop the phone, which is really nice.
The Frosted Gen5 series grips are more refined (softer bite) than Rebel Gen5.
I’m getting the gen 5 frosty which is suppose to have a softer bite than the Rebel gen 5. We will see.
It has to pass my throw test. I make sure I’m in front of our sofa and with my fingers on the grips throw it hard towards the cushions. What I want to feel is that it either doesn’t move or that it could move but slightly.
The Mous Limitless didn’t pass the test. Didn’t come out of my hand but my fingers moved too much. The Synthesis hardly moved. The Munky hardly moves. The Schpeegen Mag moves slightly.
Was looking at my cart and I’ve had the Schpeegen Ultra Hybrid black frosted since I got the iPhone 15 pro.

This case is $20! Yes $20. Looks like it’s good for everyday medium drops protection.

Alright guys, these 3 cases are a lock for my top 5. Apple Silicone, Phone Rebel Frosty, and the Nomad Sport case. Not in any particular order just yet. A bunch of cases are fighting hard for the last 2 spots. Going to contact Bullstrap tomorrow and get an ETA on this Maverick (green) color case. It's been on backorder for a month I think. I am going to need a leather case in my top 5.
For my needs, they check all the boxes. Not bulky, great buttons, great grip, tight fitting, proper port cutouts, and MagSafe strong.
