Gosh, I love this case! I currently have the blue titanium buttons and camera ring to match my blue titanium 15PM. To be honest, right behind the blacked out and black/orange, it has to be right behind. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

For example, here is the return and refund policy for an item not fulfilled/shipped by Amazon (fulfilled/shipped by PR):

Please refer to the Amazon.com Return Policy and Amazon.com Refund Policy or contact Phone Rebel to get information about any additional policies that may apply.
Contact this seller
To initiate a return, visit Amazon's Online Return Center to request a return authorization from the seller.

So, there may not be leeway to finagle free return.

Yea but it’s way more easier, streamlined , faster and guaranteed via an item that is Prime / fulfilled / shipped by Amazon vs a third party item(sold by XYZ and shipped by XYZ).

Plus you have to contact the seller and seller might not get back to you, then you have to get Amazon involved. Very similar to eBay.

For instance I really wanted the gen 5 frosted. Didn’t want to order direct. Wanted to order from Amazon ONLY if it was Amazon prime.

Because if it’s not Amazon prime and listed the way it’s listed you might as well order direct.

Initiating a return when the item is sold and shipped by the seller is different. Look at the current listing. It’s free shipping doesn’t say free returns. Look who it’s sold by and look who it’s shipped by. Doesn’t mean you won’t get a free return and pay for shipping.

I personally never buy items from Amazon unless it’s prime. It’s just

Well maybe it works differently for me? I use my works Amazon account so a business account? We spend £1-2k per month on there, maybe that’s why? Who knows.

Recently, I had a delivery taken from my doorstep. I had to wait for the seller to reply. Spoke to Amazon and they just refunded me.

Well, yeah that is obvious, but what if that is not an option (i.e. for @vine-boating wanting case from PR)…just looking at how returns work for items not fulfilled/sold by Amazon. And ways to try to get free return if it comes to that…

And would it be easier to attempt to get the free return ordering via Amazon vs. direct?

Does UK have Amazon prime?

For me I wouldn’t order it from Amazon.

I would think about ordering it direct. PR return policy;

If for any reason, our case does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Ah there is a listing for the gen 5 frosted non Max Amazon prime. You have to scroll to other Other Sellers on Amazon. Only 1 left.

Ordering the Phone Rebel case direct from their website will cost £15 to deliver to the UK (7-21 days) and £31 (2-3 days)
That is very expensive LOL
What iPhone 15 model you have? Which PR case? How about Amazon prime?

Do you know someone in the US that can order the PR and ship to you? I think USPS might cost $28 and take 5- 9 days.

As a case addict it feels dirty saying this but.. last night I took my phone out of the case and used it for 15-20 mins without the case and holy moly is it COMFORTABLE. Pinky comfort 10 out of 10. So now I’m running the pitaka mag ez 4 as it’s very close to nude, but not quite as good.

Yea I get what you’re saying. I’ll probably go naked when I’m watching the games today. But when I’m at work and out and about, it’s nice having some confidence my iPhone is protected. My cousin has always gone completely 100% naked.

After a while the sides can become reminiscent of something like a ratchet handle that has overly rough knurling. Super grippy but uncomfortable to grasp for long periods. I’d like it better if they toned down the sharp texture a bit.
I felt the same way about the Synthesis for the 14 pro. Too much of a good thing is not always good lol 😂
