It's in my top 3 hands down. Everything about it I love. The lightweight nature of the case, how its form fitted to the phone where it doesn't make the phone feel wide, the best buttons on the market, and its a MagSafe monster for all my accessories. No scratches or scuffs on any of the colors, but the smudges are there after a few hours. Doesn't bother me because with one simple swipe, it's clean as ever.
Good to know! Lightweight and form factor/slimness are my top case traits.

Yeah, scratches, scuffs or smudges don’t bother me either.

Has anyone tried the Pitaka MagEZ Case 5, what is the difference between the MagEZ Case 5 and MagEZ Case 4?

thank you

No, but the 5 is lighter and thinner than the 4. Check out the tech specs section:

If I didn’t already have the 4, I’d probably get the 5.

Coastal Rock your favorite color out of the trifecta?

For my needs yes. The Rugged is a touch too bulky for me, but it is marketed as a rugged case. If that's your style, it's a killer case. I returned mine, but damn I loved that ultra orange with the button too...here you can see the thickness difference

Buttons look different on the Rugged too.

There are a couple videos on YouTube about the case. Main difference between the two is 5 is lighter and thinner. But also, non sharp edges/corners, and easier to remove than the 4. I recommend watching the review from TechnicallyTee.. he also has a video on each model.

Amazon is definitely reselling used items. Any item you search for and check the reviews seems to show someone expressing frustration with receiving a used product. I am talking appliances, watches, tech, etc
I just had that yesterday. I finally decided to cave in and try the phone rebel GEN five, I got a used GEN four for the 14 Pro. I had ordered a 15 Pro max

Got the benks armor pro in today. Fits well, buttons work well, no button rattle either vs the 13 version. Just needs a couple of weeks use now to break in and get a bit more grip.

I’m seriously thinking about getting the Schpeegen Ultra Hybrid. I’m getting my Gen 5 frosty tomorrow. I want to compare.

I know it’s not a fare comparison because the frosty has a lot more going on. But the Ultra Hybrid just looks so clean compared to the frosty.

I know Schpeegen doesn’t get much love here because we have a lot of case snobs here 😀

My clear ultra hybrid is one of my favorite cases every year. For $20 its a steal

I am going to bite the bullet and get the Phone Rebel 5 even though it costs a lot to ship to the UK
Just a quick question, I want to buy the Orange buttons...are they easy to put on? Do you just pop out the original buttons?

Yeah pretty easy, action button takes a little more effort but it’s nothing your average joe can’t pop out.

Also before I order is it true the USB C cut out is too small meaning some cables won't fit?

I charge my phone with the Nomad UBC C Kevlar cable so want to make sure it will fit.
