Andar delivered yesterday but I just checked mail this morning before I left for work lol. Threw it in the laser machine. Laser left a subtle apple logo. Didn’t want to push power up as last time I did that on a saddle brown case it burnt it lol. As for the case itself, the buttons have got to be the most tactile best clickiness buttons I have ever tried on any case. even better than the phonerebel buttons. Case is super slippery but I’m sure that will fix itself over time with wear. Love the shade of red on it. Should hold me over untill my bandwerk case comes in Friday

Couldn't you just file the charging port hole a little bigger? Over the years I've modified countless cases to make them work. Although it wouldn't fix the grip.

This case intrigues me. I only use magsafe but I may have to buy one just to fix the small opening...

So far my top 3 are:

Caudabe Synthesis
Spigen Enzo Aramid
Apple Silicone

I want to try the Rebel Frosted and the Nomad Sports case.
How does the Enzo compare to the Synthesis in terms width and screen lip height? I liked how slim both were on the Synthesis. Enzo intrigues me but don’t want it any bulkier.

It could be a bit in the speaker area, but for 30€ on Black Friday I'm not unhappyView attachment 2324576

Yeah I can actually see it there. If you look at the top edge of the case in the middle where the speaker notch is, and then look right from there it bends slightly upwards. Can’t tell from that picture if it’s as bad as the ones I had, but my OCD kicks in once I notice these things and I can’t see anything else!!!

People still use cables?
I use MagSafe at home. At work I never need to charge my phone as the 15 Pro Max battery is so good. I’m usually at around 75% to 80% by the time I get home. However I have been using USB cables when I travel. That said I recently bought the ESR 3 in 1 portable travel MagSafe charger to reduce the number charge outlets I need and have less cables.

a bit surprised that after some months and 400+ pages , almost nobody talks about these nice cases from Native Union.

Any thoughts?
There have been a number of posts here about those cases. The look nice and like the idea of the material they use. That said most people have commented how mushy the buttons are. I was tempted on getting one in the Kraft colour but the comments about the buttons puts me off.

Disagree completely. It's not the worst by any means, but I would say it is below average when it comes to grip. That being said, IMO this year's version is better than last year's.

For you maybe. That’s what’s misleading. It’s not at all slippery for me. In fact I find the grip way above average. Posts like yours need the “for me” aspect as some might not feel that way. Quite simple.

Got the Schpeegen Ultra Hybrid in black frost a while ago.

For those that say it’s slippery. For me it’s not slippery but it isn’t Synthesis grippy. It’s right in the middle which I can definitely live with. Definitely more gripage than the Frosty believe it or not.

Are those that say it’s slippery referring to the back? If so then yes it’s more slick than the Frosty but that’s not where I want gripage anyway. I want gripage on the bumper part of the hybrid.

Feels really good on the hand, buttons(air slits) are very clicky and tactile. Hardly fingerprints on the back if any.

All my cables fit.

It’s a keeper and the sleeper case of 2023 IMO.

Best of all paid $20.25 all in. This is a f’ing steal.

for me, the Schhpeeeeeeeeeegennnn UH frost was slippery on the sides and the back. it felt like hard plastic with no traction. I would 100% choose the PR frosty over the UH frost if I had to only have one or the other.

Goes to show perception of gripage varies from person to person. I don’t have girly hands, I have rough working man’s hands 😃 but my fingers aren’t dry.

Love my Benks so thought I'd give their cheap as chips Vintage 'Leather' a go.
Will report when it arrives in a week or so.
I was interested in their grey until I read “vegan leather”.. still, can’t be too bad for $19.99. Awaiting your report 🫡

The frosted sides are more of a hard feeling plastic while the aramid sides are have more of a rubber feel.
Hard to explain and hard to capture in a picture.
This is why I think the frosted wasn’t grippy enough for me. If it had the rubber feel like the aramid version that might have worked. Schpeegen bumper part of hybrid has that rubber feel which provides a cushiony feel?
