Iām still waiting for BS to deliver my slate leather case; been waiting a few weeks for it. I would like to check out Andar if their leather is a bit thinner than the BS, ive really been enjoying having a thin phone (no case).
slapped on the mous limitless last night before moving some furniture on and off trucks and into houses, kept it on for the rest of the night. no standout issues with grip or comfort that I noticed.

I had one on my 13PM for almost the entire 2 years I owned it, got a FREE replacement from BS when I sent them a pic and asked if I could get a new one. no issues at all, they sent me a brand new case; I think I had to pay for either shipping or a replacement fee, I don't remember.
gave the 2 cases to my nephew for his iPhone and he loves both of them. he's enjoying using the new case and developing the patina. leather + patina is almost the perfect grip and texture for me for a case. cant wait to put the slate one on my Ti iPhone.
Same for me. Got a tracking number on the 11th. Tracking shows "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". Think I will reach out to them also.
I have an issue with the decoded leather case. I orderded one, which had a badly cut usb port, it was crooked and too big. They quickly sent me a replacement, but I found someone concerning, the metal ring is completly exposed on the inside of the case, and it is even a little bit raised, which means it rests on the back glass. I find this concerning, since it could scratch and potentially break the glass. Could anyone with the same case tell me if it is like that in their case? Here are some pictures comparing both the old one, which they requested me to cut down instead of sending back, and the new one.
The old one has the ring covered in cloth, the new one doesn't.
The metal feels highter than the cloth.
On top of that, the cloth covering the buttons is missing in the new one, is this intended?

I got bored of chasing and the āitās on the way bsā. Feels like theyāre not being honest which annoys me more than anything. Just sent them an email saying if they canāt guarantee despatch today then refund my full order which is quite a bit as there were a number of items in it, some being Christmas gifts š.

With just days until Christmas, a postal issue is leaving some worried if their packages will arrive in time.
Perhaps I will end up with two sets of Mous cases after all... or none. Time will tell...

Pre-ordered a brown Andar Aspen on Nov. 15th and haven't heard a thing from them. Emailed support about it yesterday and waiting for an answer. This is my first order from Andar, so not a good start. Currently using the Mous Limitless 5.0 leather and I'm generally happy with it (Sharpied out the logos). Hoping the Andar Aspen will be my "light" case.

I also have a regional USPS black hole in Memphis. They lost my Phone Rebel Frosted in November - ordered 11/20, shipped 11/21, hit the black hole on 12/6 and was never heard from again. My replacement is scheduled for delivery today. I'm just thankful it made it through the black hole to my local post office this time. I have issues with at least 5-6 packages of mine per year. USPS needs an overhaul in the worst way and I really wish UPS would stop using USPS to complete their deliveries. That process has never made any sense to me.
Was your Phone Rebel sent through UPS Mail Innovations? My Mous cases were.
I've had other packages go through Oak Creek without issue since, but they were introduced into the USPS system elsewhere. UPS Mail Innovations just dumps it at the nearest regional center, so I'm wondering if that's the pain point - packages that are introduced into the USPS system at the problematic location.

Had an email from andar telling me that my order placed on the 21st nov was in their fulfilment centre and would not arrive in time for Christmas and since itās in their centre Iām unable to claim a refund on the order.
So not āon the wayā at all as has been their response the past week and still no idea of a delivery date. This is my first order too and pretty unimpressed. Just be honest!

ISC in NYC is also the same thing. It is the holiday season and going by the USPS complaints reddit most packages are sitting there for 10-14+ days this time of year. It's still frustrating though when you're looking forward to something.
Your order has been in their fulfillment center since Nov 21st and they can't get it to you by Christmas? What a joke.
Well two items were cases that I knew would be despatched between the 5-12th December so the whole order would be sent then. They sent me a tracking number on the 12th with an email saying it was on the way. It wasnāt, I feel they placated people with tracking numbers within the window but nothin was actually ready to send.
Thankfully, this certainly isn't something I needed for Christmas. By St. Patrick's Day would be nice, though!
Oof and I thought Caudabe was bad this year, Andar seems worse. Sorry to hear.

Thatās a bummer! The new release case that I ordered yesterday is already on its way and set to be delivered tomorrow. Express shipping via FedEx. Not a pre-order like yours, but still surprising that yours is taking so long with an āon the wayā email. I didnāt get a shipping confirm email, just order confirmed. Got the fedex tracking number from my order link.

Yeah I agree. Especially when theyāve told you itās on the way, youāre expecting it to be on the way! As you said, it seems like they got ahead of themselves and printed shipping labels before orders were ready & fulfilled.
