Nothing on my new Sheath. Really is perfect our the box, I hope over the next few days with use of MagSafe for charging and a popsocket it remains that way. It would annoy me but this case has reminded me why I love the Caudabe range.

I just wish this hasn’t taken 4 attempts to get it bang on the money. Granted Caudabe have taken a hit on items and shipping costs to the UK, but that has definitely kept me as a customer for the future, for now. This can’t happen again or I’m done with their cases
How are the buttons on your core? I ordered mine from Amazon and they are extremely stiff and hard to press.

Yeah I get that.

I’m not just referring to the weight. The Sheath completely changes the shape and feel of the phone. It is a lot chunkier and has harsher edges than the silicone
I agree chunkier but harsh edges lol? Maybe sheath I would say has boxier edges.

What cases offer the closest form factor to the iPhone?
Now I’ve tried a lot of cases but I don’t have the answer to that. I just know the Sheath and Apple Silicone are night and day different in form factor 😂

I might have asked this before but how hard is the Frosty to take off? So long as it's not as bad/hard as the Synthesis and similar to the Mous Limitless 5.0 that's totally workable.

Apple Woven Case all day.
To be fair, in my experience, I’d have to agree with this.

I tried, gave up and went back to the FW case three times for the very reason of its ‘form factor’. Won’t be going back there again though due to its much talked about other issues 😄

What issues?

After 1+ week with my synthesis (non updated version, but cut the slits to be on par with the updates) it is “the case” for me. I have not had any interest in taking it off once. Fits perfect in the hand, good grip, light weight (compared to the PR Frosted). Very happy with it, seems like I won’t be trying any other cases for my phone except for maybe the black version…eventually.

Yea the Synthesis is a great case that I like VERY slightly less than the Sheath.

To me the Synthesis has the best side grip in the business and case companies should take a lesson from the Synthesis matrix grip.

I’m running the Synthesis today and feel the same.

Happy New Year! PR Gen 5, my number one for 2023. Every case has its little issues, but the super tight fit, the extreme grip, the protection-to-thinness ratio in this one are hard to beat.

Did you change any of the components on your cases? How is the back piece against the phone any scuffs or marks?

I am just about to take the plunge and order the Frosted PR case. To change the buttons can you simply use your hands to pop the old buttons out or do you have to use a small screw driver or something?

The buttons just use your fingernail and push them inward. The camera ring requires a PH00 Phillips driver.
