Yep have to buy the components separately
Oh ok are you going to add the natural titanium camera ring to the case or keep the matte black camera ring with the natural titanium buttons. Do you always just buy the full kit instead of the separate components?

What are you going to use the natural titanium component kit on? Rebel or Frosty?

You know both will get usage lol ...probably frosty off the bat though

Gonna have a play around to see what looks best. I love the ultra orange on frosty with the matte black ring. That's my default go to look

They knew exactly what they were doing by not giving matte black off the bat. They’re banking off these a la carte button and camera rings kits.

Def not gonna argue about that assessment. On the flip side they aren't too expensive and does make the case feel completely different when you change it up.

Oh ok looking forward to see your configurations with the new components. When are you receiving the new titanium components?

Spigen Enzo Aramid. Very premium feeling with the metal buttons and camera cutout. Best aramid case IMO given the price point.

Bullstrap bourbon case. Very premium leather that contrasts well with the blue titanium. I also have a storm blue Apple silicone but these two will be my daily driver for the time being. Might splurge on a frosted black Spigen case at some point as well.

Welp, I just impulsively bought the Frosted Gen 5 via Prime to see if I’ll like it, then I’ll decide about button kits.. I sure hope my new Belkin usb c cable will fit

Not indents, but some of them eventually end up with MS wear marks (I’m sure you’ve experienced this?). Ironically, before this year, one of the things I liked the most about the Sheath was the fact that it didn’t show MS wear marks for a long time, if ever.
Ok gotcha. Seems like you don’t mind as much permanent MS wear marks vs what the current Sheath has been doing?

Every time I try on an Apple Silicone, I’m always “wow” this is how a case should be in terms of form factor and feel in the hand without considering the silicone material.

I’ve said the the Sheath is close to the form factor of the Apple Silicone but after trying the silicone on again yesterday with my Sheath with me for me a noticeable difference in depth that made me say “wow holy sh*t. So now I think the Sheath isn’t as close as I thought but still the closest.

If the Apple Silicone was the same or similar material as the Sheath for me it would be a clear winner.

Caudabe if you’re listening. Make the Sheath thinner and keep the Synthesis the same.

Any UK based folks interested in taking this Limitless 5.0 off my hands? Open to offers. I was probably never going to keep this because of the branding but wanted to see how it felt, build quality etc.

This one is for the 15 Pro - not Max. Not used yet, only taken out of the box twice. If no interest, I'll most likely return back to Mous. Any takers for £45? Will pay for 24HR tracked delivery. Grab yourself a New Year treat!

Hi, I'm currently undecided on which aramid case to keep, I'm undecided between the Spigen Enzo Aramid and the Benks Armor Pro. Opinions?

They are both beautiful to the touch, the Spigen is more rubberised, the Benks is thinner and seems more solid, it is also more squared.

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, white titanium, at first glance the spigen one seems to fit better because of the silver details.

Spigen looks cleaner on it. Life’s too short to worry about $35. Keep both cases and swap them out every other day.

I’m wearing my Spigen Enzo Aramid, & wore it all yesterday. I like the feel and look of the silver accents, on my Nat Ti. Looks great on your White Ti too. I’m definitely biased bc I haven’t tried the Benks, but I vote for the Enzo.

Ultimately it’s up to you to compare the two. How are the buttons? Fingerprints/smudges? Grip/slipperiness? Those are big factors for me when trying a case.

There’s a big difference. The Sheath is showing a 3 dimensional warping after one night on the charger. Most other cases (other than leather or the Finewoven) show either no permanent marks at all or only surface wear after months of use.

I like both but the Benks is my favourite. I've bought way too many cases this year (common here I bet 😏) and ALWAYS go back to the Armor Pro.

Just feels great in the hand, looks great. I often put the Enzo on for a couple of days but then go back to the Benks and feel at home again. Lovely velvety feeling aramid compared to the smooth gripless Enzo.
Another bonus is there's no lanyard holes. Sooo many cases have them but I doubt there's many users.

I do love the Enzo, but the Armor Pro is the best.

Yea that’s why I’m not a fan of MagSafe charging and MagSafe accessories.

Yeah, but that’s a lot of potential functionality to give up to avoid a few scratches. It would be much simpler if Caudabe would just fix their d@mned case… lol.

With Qi2 coming soon most chargers will have magnets, which will leave only charging by cable to avoid case scratch marks. With Apple most likely eventually eliminating the charge port altogether I think this is something we’ll have to accept.
