Question for anyone who has bought from Phone Rebel who is Canadian. Did you have to pay any custom or duties and how was it done? Was it through Canada post or through USPS Since it gets handed over to Canada post from USPS.
For the Gen 3 cases, I paid expedited shipping (UPS) to Canada and ended up paying over $30 in custom fees. With USPS it should be less but I’ve read some people get away without any fees. Any shipments sent through USPS will be delivered through Canada Post.

I live close to the border now, so I just pick them up there to avoid any fees or delays with customs.

It’s getting pretty meta in here... lol. I think, perhaps, that there’s plenty of room for different viewpoints and areas of focus within the topic, with no need for policing the conversation.
I agree 100%.
I just don’t see the point of complaining about questions being asked about phone cases, in a phone cases thread. I’m not policing the conversations whatsoever.

Yeah, I was agreeing with you 100%, sorry if I didn't state that clearly. :)

Oh ok good to know. I was thinking about getting some extra butttons for when my case arrives but not sure if it is worth the price.

Why am I so obsessed with frosty? No other case this year has lasted this long on my phone

Is the MacBook in the background space gray or silver? Probably upgrading to a natural 15pro soon and trying to get a sense for how it compares

I received the Sheath in celestial blue for my 15 Pro on Saturday. The buttons are great and no c ring out of the box. I used a popsocket for part of the day yesterday and no c ring.

I now have both the Sheath and Synthesis. The Synthesis has more going on aesthetically with the camera bump design, dot matrix side grips and smooth back imo. I like the smoother/slicker overall feel and form factor of the Synthesis (the dot matrix sides which have a nice grip to them). The Synthesis is rigid AF and tough to take off, but not a deal breaker. The Sheath feels more gritty/rougher, but softer (?) than the Synthesis, if that makes sense. I can’t put my finger on the feel and grip of the Sheath.

If you could only keep one, which one? I could flip a coin, but slight edge to the Synthesis. That changes by the minute, LOL. Thoughts?

I had both too. I returned the Synthesis and I’m set on the Sheath. I much prefer the all over texture of the Sheath. I don’t find the Sheath gritty. I do find the Sheath is “softer” than the Synthesis which I prefer. I didn’t like the plasticy feel of the Synthesis. For me yes aesthetics plays a part but for me the Sheath is better all around vs the Synthesis.

Just got the Bullstrap FWRD case. Initial thoughts are average, not bad but not great.

Feels good in hand, grippy sides with a smoother back. The 'inlay' or whatever it is on the back is average though, and there's a noticeable gap between that and the plastic surround which I suspect will gather all sorts of lint etc.

Lock button and volume buttons are great, action button is not. It's a weird one - I can feel it press, but it just needs the lightest of presses to activate which is annoying. I also cannot understand why they made it out of different material to the others - if it had been the same as the volume button it would have been super.

Lastly, you might be able to see in the picture of the back, straight out the box it's got a visible MagSafe ring which looks rubbish.

Definitely not my favourite.

Yeah, I am not crazy about the plasticy feel of the back of the Synthesis. Flopped back to the Sheath 🙌

The black has been one of my most used cases and all I did was wipe the smudges away so you can see the condition. I don't see any marks or anything with day to day usage. The other colors I have so no damage as well. If you are worried however, I'd get the white as the white is super clean.

I think this is the color to get! I only wish they sold these on Amazon. You're more familiar with these companies than most of us, do you know how regularly they have sales? With the extra shipping cost I'd prefer to wait for a sale, but depending on how rare those are, I may go ahead and order. I feel like I've spent so much time and money trying to find a good case this year!!

I am still searching for my perfect Leather case in blue. I like the Andar, but I don`t like the navy color. Same for Bare.
I like the lonly case a lot for its price but because I am using the popsocket daily, the magsafe ring is strongly present.

I cam across a brand calles UNIQ from Singopore. I ordered the UNIQ Lyden Case in blue after I saw a Video on youtube. It is vegan and not real leather. I received it yesterday and so far I really like it. I like the grey camera ring and button.
The color on the product page is not really genuine. The blue is more like apples Baltic Blue.

Here the product link: https://uniqbetterbydesign.com/prod...-charging-compatible-1?variant=40160474234943

Here the video I saw before:

Yea photos don't do Coastal Rock any justice, way better in person. As for sales, hardly. Better off using a 10/15% code that comes across this thread or with a quick search
