I just got too excited! 🤣 It looked to me similar to the Nomad Rugged by without the big lip around the back, and it was that lip on the Nomad that made me return it. But the FWRD's definitely not a keeper!

How are the buttons? And are the cutouts at the bottom OK for resting your pinky on?
Found a 10% code and pulled the trigger on the Coastal Rock. Fingers crossed it's as good as people say it is!
I only have my iPhone 12 Mini to take some pictures. I will do some more tomorrow.
The Buttons are clicky and rounded. So no sharp edges. The bottom is ok and the cutouts are not sharp.

Buttons seem to be just fine..same tactile feeling. It does have better grip and MagSafe over frosty of sure.

I wonder why it has better grip and magsafe since it is basically the same as the frosty but clear.

Phone Rebel have offered to replace my case and said they will also pay the return shipping costs. Only problem is, I have to send the case back first before they send me a replacement...

Thats good That they are offering a replacement instead of a partial refund. Did you have to follow up with them again for them to offer that?
His latest post said that they will pay for his return shipping but he has to send the old case back before getting a replacement according to what in his latest post. I could be wrong.
Man my only concern with the Crystal Gen 5 is the sides yellowing over time. With that flexible TPU it's bound to happen but I hope it doesn't.

That is not good and who know how long it will take to get the replacement.
