I’ve actually got black, gray, and the celestial blue (and I’ve got 6 total because I got the 3 free replacements with the action button, although I actually prefer the open action button).

The gray gets the most use because I’ve got the black phone. I just like the contrast, although I’d love to see Caudabe bring back the royal blue they had a couple of years ago. Their color palette has gotten a little too boring this year.
Oh, cool!

Gray is a safe, but cool color. I’ve got the nat ti iPhone. The c blue is a nice contrast with the nat ti iPhone. Yeah, bring back the royal blue! We need a more vibrant color.

Not always. When not in stock in warehouse, then yes they come right off the factory line straight to your door lol

It’s crazy how fast they get to the US when they ship directly from Hong Kong. When I was finally able to order the Coastal Rock after they came back in stock, it came straight from the factory in like 5 work days. I couldn’t believe it.

Compare that to others like Mous who use that infuriatingly slow UPS Mail Innovations shipping that takes like 2 weeks from Canada, and it’s pretty amazing. I know you can order Mous from Amazon, but early on, straight from them is the only way. I’ve vowed to never order directly from them again because of their crappy choice in shipping.

My wife has the natti ti 15 Pro and every time she takes the case off to clean it, I feel a little bit of regret. But then I remember mine’s always in a case anyway, and it passes.

Which colors did you get besides black? I’ve been tempted by the Ultra Orange but I’m worried it will be too flashy for my liking
I had an Ultra Orange. It’s a great looking case, but yeah it ended up being a little flashy for me.

My top three have shifted a little bit. I'm down to just the Frosty now.

1. Frosty, really didn't expect to like this case this much. It does have it's flaws for sure, the melting being the big one. I've pretty much accepted it though and it doesn't bother me anymore. Using the Hooter meathod it hasn't gotten any worse. To me the grip is perfect, but I do have the regular pro and big hands.

2. Apple Silicone, best feeling as far as form factor. Great grip, just nearly perfect all around case. My biggest worry with this one though is the drop protection. I don't really have any issues with the lint, but it does pull my pockets out.

3. Spigen Enzo, for the price this is still a fantastic case, even above this price it would be great. For me though it feels a bit heavy and wide.

The Caudabe Synthesis used to be my daily, but the open slits always bother me. I got sooo much crap in and around the buttons every day. It's still a decent case for the right person. I also always worry that caudabe way overestimates their drop protection.

What ever happened to the munky? It seemed everyone was jumping on the munky bandwagon as a "better" and cheaper Caudabe, but now they all went back to Caudabe? Curious as a friend was looking at them.

Pretty sure everyone returned the munky 😂 Spiked a lot of people’s interest for about a week.

First time ordering from Nomad. For those of you who’ve done it before, did your case ship from Hong Kong?

Admittedly, I fell into the hype of the munky. In this situation, you get what you pay for. For the price of the gripmunk, it’s pretty good, but in my opinion, the Sheath is far better in terms of button quality, grip, etc. I’d much rather pay the “premium” for the Sheath, than pay a cheaper price for a not so comparable case.
Mine just sits in my drawer of death now and gets 0 use.

I've had things shipped form both the US and Hong Kong locations. Both arrived in 3-5 days with standard shipping.

I still need to do a warranty claim for my replacement Sport Case but just haven't had the time. Hopefully they'll let me and third times the charm for a perfect case. I love the look and feel of the coastal rock but it's been a pain getting one that isn't flawed in some very noticeable way.

Not sure if Caudabe overestimates but I feel confident that my iPhone will survive a chest height drop in the Sheath.

I agree the Apple silicone is the best form and melts in your hands factor in the business hands down. When I slapped on the sily I was like “wow this is how a case should feel”. It’s also light weight. Best buttons in the business but it’s silicone.

However if I was only going by form and melts in your hands factor then the Sheath wouldn’t be my top case.

What Caudabe should do if they can is make an exact copy of the Apple silicone except with their shock lite or whatever texture to replace the silicone.

Bare Case new leather finally arrived. This is the Bare Skin in tortora color. So far, I love it! The leather feels really nice and the buttons are pretty as well!
I appreciate you're post was a long time ago, but if you see this - how's this case help up? Thinking of trying it

Gripmunk user here, I love it. I actually personally still prefer it to Caudabe, but then I haven't (yet) tried a Caudabe with the revised buttons. Their original buttons were so poor. The Gripmunk is a lovely case, and I think for the average user (i.e. not necessarily us case geeks) it's arguably the best value for money case available.

Once you get a Caudabe revised version you might think differently. I had the Munky but Caudabe better quality IMO. Plus I didn’t like the smooth back of the Munky.

Yes I agree, it's just the buttons that did it for me. If the Caudabe's new buttons are tactile enough then it will definitely be a better case than the Gripmunk. Caudabe have agreed to send me new Sheath and Synthesis for free, Sheath due this week, Synthesis whenever it's available (they told me "a few weeks").

That’s great! What were the terms of getting the freebies?

None, but I had already complained about the buttons on my Sheath and Synthesis when they first came out shortly after the new iPhone did, but kept my cases anyway. When I heard they were doing revised designs now, I emailed again and explained I'd never really used them because I was so unhappy with the buttons, and they immediately offered to send replacements i.e. the revised versions. They did ask me to send pics of my cases (I guess this may have been to prove I really did still have them) but haven't asked me to send them back. I'll take that - Caudabe haven't been great this year, but everyone makes mistakes, fair enough if you admit it and do right by people.

Gotcha. Yeah, they treated it like a warranty claim. They don’t require you to send the old one(s) back.
