Just the buttons (which I actually just ordered). With the black MagSafe ring, I much prefer the matching matte black camera ring.
It's a beautiful case and I never get tired of seeing new pictures of this case. I just changed mine to all orange and the black camera ring. I just took out my natural titanium buttons for the orange. Can't make up my mine if I like the titanium, black or orange buttons on the Frosty. Here's the titanium buttons.I ordered up my second MagSafe Frosty after returning the first MagSafe version for the non-MagSafe version (all from Amazon). I usually don’t like cases that show the MagSafe ring, but after using the non-MagSafe one for a few days, I decided having MagSafe was just more convenient for me. Also, I think the fact that the ring is black like my phone makes the ring stand out less to me.
I’d already ordered a couple button sets from Phone Rebel (matte black and orange) and they came in earlier this week. I also ordered the matte black camera ring (hat tip to [mention]Hooterville [/mention]for the inspiration).
After receiving the new Frosty yesterday, I installed the matte black camera ring and buttons, but installed only the orange Action Button to mirror my Apple Watch Ultra.
I’m now thinking I may order a set of the titanium buttons, as while I like the matte black ones, they kinda blend in too much. I may go full out mimicking my Ultra and install the titanium buttons, orange action button, and keep the black camera ring (because I like how it goes with the MagSafe ring).
Everyone’s seen this setup, but I’ll post a couple of pictures anyway.
The Synthesis doesn’t have the same issue with the MagSafe ring showing as the Sheath because of the harder back plate. The only issue I remember seeing for the Synthesis was the buttons were harder to press, but they’re apparently rectifying it by updating the case.
My launch day Synthesis buttons have always been fine, but others had issues.
Crappy action button button and volume up/down buttons. There’s supposed to be an updated Synthesis this month.

Yep, that’s the exact look I’m going for. Black camera ring, orange Action Button, and titanium buttons to mirror the Ultra.
Now I'm considering the frosted gen 5 again, I hate this thread 🤣
Still in route, hopefully have by end of week. But def excited to get it as the clear crystal is top shelf in its own way.

Wanted something with Magsafe and in some kind of color to compliment the black color I got my 15 in
May get one like it but in red sometime, as my XR was in red and it makes me so sad that they a, didn't do more vibrant colors for the 15/15 Pro and b, nixed red

the tpu sides are what's stopping me. if they are the same tpu and buttons that the aramid Enzo has, $150 definitely is not worth it for some "Italian leather".
