Which case will you be getting for your new XS/XS Max? [MERGED]

It’s like Simply Carbon Fiber wrote f*** you USPS on my shipment. It’s been delayed at every stop. Arrived at 4am in my city and they haven’t touched it today.

My SCF case is the same way. Scanned 3 different times at our closest hub on Thursday, scheduled for delivery Friday and it just vanished off the face of the earth.
Mailman already came by today and still nothing.
This sucks.

Yes, removable buttons and slimmer than the SS. I don't believe the SS buttons will work but I'll try them later when I switch cases and let you know.

Ok. That leaves me down to simply carbon fiber and a dbrand skin and grip 2.0 whenever that comes out.
Maybe a speck grip case to hold me over.

If I keep my solidsuit, most likely will even if it’s not my daily driver, I still may order some buttons. Yellow or blue are calling my name on the dark gray microfiber. I loved the look of the yellow on mobilereviewseh’s review.

The only things i don’t like about the SS are the slick sides and how wide it is. It feels so dang wide. I did try it next to that Symmetry yesterday and while I didn’t care for its slick back i did prefer its width to the SS And I noticed it right away.

That was my big issue with the SS, it felt solid (puns!), but it was so damn wide! I’ll be getting the Vader Symmetry tomorrow! I’ve been trying some crazy off brand cases over the last few days and nothing to write home about. Excited to try the Symmetry!

My SCF Alcantara armor arrived today for my XS. I won’t have time to do pics tonight and traveling all day tomorrow.
The good:
Looks cool
The bad:
Power button is extremely hard to press. Worst of any of my cases
The material used on the side is a very hard TPU.
Not very grippy because of the hard material.
Bottom lip is similar to the UAG but a little more firm.
Alcantara back picks up lint in my pocket worse than an Apple silicone.
I need to pay for return shipping and $3 restocking fee if I return. For $36 sale price I rolled the dice.
Almost no front lip.

With my Icarez screen protector it is almost exactly flush

I do like the Vader case! However I do see it’s worth adding a pop socket as I’m accidental prone! I sure hope the Vader decal doesn’t peel off after it heats up or gets cold with normal use. The Symmetry case is very nice and not super big I’m pleased on that front. At BB though it’s expensive FYI @ 54.99 plus tax! I’m a huge fan of the lips on front and back and it’s light weight as far as cases go and less bulky then my UAG Carbon Monarch. Thanks for the suggestion as I didn’t know it existed if it wasn’t for your help. I saw the white storm troopers case it’s really really white and I prefer the black case with the red buttons
