Which case will you be getting for your new XS/XS Max? [MERGED]

Decided to get the bellroy phone case as a spare to my Apple forest green.

They’ve updated the design and all four sides are enclosed.

The Apple (in this case) black leather case or any color of their leather cases that fits your style. Very elegant and it feels great in the hand.
 
Speck V-Grip, now that I saw this thread I wish i could return it but the box is MIA. Buts its a protective case with a clear back.

The phone case is on preorder and they’re sending it out in two weeks. I’ll definitely come back and let you know when I get it :)

I wouldn’t use a speck case even if someone paid me. Quality of the grip cases are shocking. They fall apart after a few weeks.

Solid suit in brushed metal is in. They definitely added texture to the sides, and the brush metal is very nice. It’s a lot nicer than I thought. I am in a wait-and-see about the leather one, and then make a decision between the two. Here are some pictures. I tried to get a close-up of the side so you could see the modified texture.

Anyone get one of the new “XS” cases from Spigen? I was interested in the Liquid Armor or something similar. Wondered how their new “XS” versions fit.

The fit on the Max with Liquid Armor is spot on, BUT the lip on the front will lift corners of 2D screen protectors, so keep that in mind, unless you find a smaller from t glass. The iCarez 2D lifts.

Glad to hear it. Do you have a screen protector on and if so is it a full cover type? If both are a yes does it fit with the solidsuit?

Man. That does look nice. Is the texture acceptable or still behind others? Do you have a Max or the normal XS?

The texture provides a little soft touch feel. It’s nice.

It’s the max.

I have the pure gear glass. It’s not full screen, roughly the same size as belkin.

Does it make the phone feel much bigger? I’m sure there’s a difference between it and the Sheath I’m currently using as far as size and texture are concerned.

I had the sheath for my x. This is slightly bigger than the sheath and slightly smaller than the presidio grip. The borders of the solid suit are vastly improved from past incarnations. Much more texture than before.

My presidio pro has extra flash pieces where the hard shell meets the soft. It’s a nit picky complaint but still annoying. Can’t wait for this Sheath to arrive.

I am interested in the Synthesis. However, the Solidsuit always has the best fit. The Xs Max version is also a great fit.
 
I'm waiting for X Doria and Ghostek to replenish their supplies for the Max. Will get the Defense clear from X Doria and see what Ghostek releases for the Max. They're my go-to cases when I need protection.

This is exactly what a case should be, for those who are mostly careful, but want some protections.

It is by far the best case I’ve ever put on a phone. A distant second is my old goto, the spigen thin fit.

This! I posted about my experience with the Sheath last year with my X. I dropped it once & my glass screen protector chipped & cracked. So I switched to a different case. A couple months later, I gave the Sheath another shot. It was on my X since, until I upgraded to the XS Max. Dropped it a few more times with no issues. So maybe that first drop was just a freak accident. I like the Sheath so much that I went naked with my XS Max for about a week until my case came in, which is something I never do! The quality, fit, & feel is unmatched when it comes to such a slim case.
