The Pencil and the keyboard shortcuts have replaced mouse for my needs. The Pro isn't perfect by any means but it has stepped way up to the plate...I rarely use MacBook Pro since getting IPP.
I'm really just excited about and can't wait to see IOS X on the Pro!!

I use it mainly as my notebook into meetings.
I use a combination of Notes + One note (transfer the week's notes) which then get synced with my windows PC for work.

I would like to snippet some pictures but I would have to use another app and the problem is i really like the notes app.

I think Procreate is actually a really good app for my needs except it does not have a ruler.

I hate to say t, but what I really need is a means to run a Windows VM in some fashion. Don't need great performance from it, but i have to run lots of small apps used for programming and configuration of control systems. I thought theSurface Pro4 was going to be my end all machine, but Win10's utter inability to handle multiple screen resolutions was a deal breaker. (Same for the Dell XPS)

How do you browse efficiently? Are you touching the screen with your finger? Using the pencil? Browsing is the one thing I find much easier with a mouse.

I would need the IOS versions of the desktop apps that I use at my 9to5 which there are already workarounds for (jump desktop) along with a USB port. I'd say 98% of my company's devices use non USB c ports so even a dongle that's compatible with the new file app could possibly work.

If or when the iPad offers the ability to run Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro and full Adobe Lightroom with easy file management, I would retire all of my computers.

Apple knows you wouldn't buy their MacBooks if that was possible lol.

I personally think web browsing is way better experience with touch. Zooming in with one hand is way easier and feels natural pinching to zoom.
