I wonder which model sold the most units, the 16/32/64GB? I got the 16GB and so far I think it's pretty cool. I can't see putting music on it since I have an iphone for that and I like the smaller form factor for an "mp3 player". I'll only have apps and maybe a few flicks so I think 16GB will be sufficient.

I got the 32gb

Yesterday at the apple store they said they were selling out quickly out of the 32 and 64, but had plenty 16's left

This is interesting because I had always been thinking that I will probably settle for the 16gb 3G, but several people have already said that they feel that 16gb will fill up really fast... now I'm thinking 32GB is a must for reasons of longevity.

From what I've heard, 32GB purchases vastly outnumbered 16GB and 64GB purchases.

i want the 64gb model to store most of my videos on and my pics to use it as a digital picture frame and to do the other stuff it can do

16>64>32

reason being that 16 is the cheapest, the 64 is for people with a lot of things to put on then the 32 comes in last.

16GB. Putting up enough money for the 3G upgrade as is, so went cheapest.

Went with the 32gb model. My iPhone is also 32gb and after using it for a year I've filled up about 24gb, so 32gb seemed like a reasonable size.

I went with the 16 GB as well... Since I'm so addicted to updating when a new model comes out, I figure that this will be good enough for me until the next iPad (if I decide I want one). I have four movies and all of my music plus apps and I still have 2 gig of space left... I can easily sync different movies when I want to switch it up and save myself $100 (or $200)!

16gb here. The only time I'd every make use of the space is on a trip, and then I'd uncheck the "sync photos" option and clear up everything I've used and clear up the 1.5gb (so far) that are on there for movies for my older daughter. Otherwise, this is house-bound, to be used for the expected things - email, web, and drawing.

I got the 16GB since I was planning on selling it or returning before the 14 day return policy for a 3G model. Now I'm keeping it since Steve Wozniak signed it. I was originally going to put apps from my iPod touch on it as well, but most of them look terrible, pixelated, clunky in the 2X mode. I'm going to keep iPad apps on the iPad and iPhone apps on the iPod touch. Still have over 3.5GB of space left for movies after 9GB of music and 1.8GB of photos.

I bought a 64 and can't imagine using all of it but 32 would not be enough for me. If they had a 48g one, that would have been perfect.

I got the 16 gig. I have to save some money for the rumored upcoming Macbook Pro update.:D

At the Avon, IN Best Buy the guy said most people were buying the 64 GB model which I found interesting.

Initially I was going to get the 32gb, but I went for the 16gb instead and have no regrets and more than enough space left over.

16GB buyers - are you feeling regrets? Are you running into times when you wish you bought the 32GB?

I'm leaning towards the 32GB because my iPhone has 32GB and it would be weird for my iPad to have less storage than my iPhone, or would it?

I only used about 14GB on my iPod touch 32GB. That's with all my iPhone applications, which are not on my iPad. I decided to keep iPhone and iPad apps on separate devices. No point in starting a new game on my iPad when I have a game save on my iPod touch.

I bought the 16GB version only because my music library is 145GB. My choice is have some of my library missing, or a lot of my library missing. However, Simplify Media on my iPhone works damn well so I have all my tunes wherever i go.. I'm having no regrets, and I'm glad they didn't cripple the 16GB hardware specs to push folks to a pricier model.
