Watching Virgin River. A bit "soft" but looks stunning in UHD.
OMG, the B-roll footage in the cut scenes is incredible, and the architecture of some of the buildings and the way it blends into the landscape is awesome. Makes you want to visit the town they filmed in.

I enjoyed the series, it was entertaining without being yet another "heavy" series (though season two did seem a slight bit darker than the first).

Finished Enterprise last night and started Big Bang Theory today. Decided I did Friends earlier in the year, I'm going to watch BBT in it's entirety now.

I finished Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia S1 and I find it pretty funny, but I am wary of a 14 seasons show. I mean can you really keep the quality for that long?

CHiPs. Admittedly not something that improves my mind...but I suppose I can learn car chase techniques. LOL And it's fun seeing things in the show (like cars) that remind me of when I was young. (I was about elementary age when the show originally aired.) And the show gives me a way of mentally escaping from the the modern world--with all its problems--for a while.

Boy, I have not seen that for years. I would like to see The Mod Squad again as I was only 9 when it began in 1968. It ran for five seasons.

Recently finished Stranger Things, waiting for the next season. Also waiting for Money Heist, aka La casa de papel, which is best watched in Spanish original and subtitles of choice. I tried English dub, rubbish, you don't get the Spanish language swearing passion.

Lupin was also another great one.

Wife said she wanted to watch The Outer Banks, so I ended up watching it with her. Maybe a bit of a kiddies series, but intriguing none the less. Scorpion is good every now and again, if you're into McGuyver stuff.

While very entertaining I found both Big Bang Theory and Always Sunny quite repetitive.

Lupin was quite good. I am currently enjoying the second season of the Spanish series Unauthorized Living.

Finished rewatching Colony. Still a great show.

Started the new season of American Horror Story, pretty meh so far. I hope it won’t turn into one of these “if it looks disgusting it must be good!” seasons.

I will possibly restart watching Manifest, now that Netflix has confirmed that they secured the 4th and final season of the show and possibly tying all loose ends...

I started watching it when Season 1 was airing on NBC and then dropped it because I felt that the show was encroaching too much on the plot and themes of Lost, and having experienced Lost already, I didn't need another show with the same themes and premise...

However, after reading the rave reviews of the show and fans insisting that the show's loose ends be tied up and concluded, I might restart watching this show...at least, maybe, until This is Us' final season starts airing sometime soon...

It's hard to, and to remain consistent, and even if it can, there can be limits to how much one can consume, especially for the type of comedy Sunny employs.

But, I would suggest at least getting into the Danny DeVito years and seeing how far you wish to continue.

Or just skip past the episodes that don't appeal. FX gives them a lot of latitude, and there are some hits and misses, and some just plain odd episodes.

Some serial plot points do exist, but it's not essential to catch them to enjoy; it's not that kind of show.

Thats worrying...I just started both and liked them. In the case of IASIP I actually liked it because its a different sitcom than the usual formula with new ideas. Watch something like SuperStore to see how they follow an exact algorithm of sitcom comedy.

I thought Devito was with them from S2 until now? Also i can skip an episode if I do not like it because I have to watch it to see if I like it.

I think its a bit of a shame that they run for 14 years, I mean no matter how good you are after season 7 or 8 you are probably just doing it for the money. I doubt they have the creative power to put even more content of the same show out there.

Finished season 3 of House of Cards last night. Averaging a season per week since I started. Began season 4 during breakfast this morning.

The cinematography, the sets, and the costumes, were fabulous in this show....

It was THE show that put Netflix on the map when it came to Netflix originals...

I’m updating my Top 3 of 2021 :

1. The White Lotus
2. Wellington Paranormal
3. Resident Alien

Not a lot of great show this year, unfortunately.
