I'm glad to hear that about The Midnight Club - it's on my watch list but haven't had the urge to start it yet. Maybe I'll do that tonight.

I enjoy Cobra Kai but I've always thought it to be on the ridiculous side. A big karate fight in a school involving a couple of dozen kids isn't believable in the slightest. I eagerly await the next season though. It's definitely a guilty pleasure.

I finished Cobra Kai season 5 a while ago and while it's good, it's getting very repetitive. Always some kids fighting each other, changing loyalties as the main plot and a little of the old storyline mixed in. To my surprise it wasn't the last season, so now we're getting another one with mostly the same old stuff. Curious if they'll bring on Michael Ironside, a bunch of military kids as the bad guys and Hillary Swank to save the day.
It's a soap opera.

And I hate that.

Wrap it up already.

Next Week??? NEXT WEEK??????
How come nobody told me??
Well to be fair, series 13 was shorter than series 11 and 12 and Dr Who was less in the news because of some weird microscopic spiked ball that was started making the rounds 2 years ago.

My niece and I are both fans - I wonder if I could set up a joint watch party except she is in the Eastern US and I am here in Europe.

This is pretty fun to watch. It's German so... subtitles... :)

This one too! Well, not German, but there are subtitles from time to time...

I’m watching Shantaram, it’s so-so. That guy with the thick Aussie accent, haha Oi mate, fancy some vegemite?!

I also started The Watcher, first episode is nice! Good cast.

I'm still enjoying Andor. Polar opposite of Boba Fett in terms of quality, if one needs something as a comparison.

Could stand on its own as a non-SW set story.

That was a banger ... and we have a new Doctor

Well an old(er) face ...David Tennant though I think as even the clothes regenerated this is some kind of glitch by the reversal of the Master's forced regeneration which will end with a proper regeneration into Ncuti Gatwa

Oh and gotta love Boney M and "Rasputin"...

Not only that, but...
Catherine Tate will also be back. I have always felt that she was the best of companions, not only with her biting, witty comments, but the fact that she was the Doctor's conscience.

Colin is the best part of that show, one of my favorite series.
Colin is great, actually all the main characters nail their parts very well.
I've mentioned this earlier, the wedding episode with that song at the end is to die for, and the home flip was great. I thought it was a commerical at first, as they inserted it into a earlier episode. The last episode Colin really shines!

I agree, it's a perfect cast. But come on...Matt freakin' Berry!

Reservation Dogs on Hulu. Awesome. Also showed my students Lovecraft Country last week, which rocked.

Just started Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi on Disney+. The animation style in the opening scene reminded me of Robot Chicken Star Wars.😂
