I used to LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE House but like every other TV series, it overstayed its welcome and started to become meh.

I was very underwhelmed at the series finale.

Are you kidding me? LOVED the ending! Especially house calling Wilson at ceremony! WAY better than last M.A.S.H. or Sopranos. And while I wasn't crazy about the last few episodes leading up to the end, the finale of Fringe was epic!!!

Starting out at the beginning with The Cage, and working my way up to Endgame.

The BBC had an interview with one of the original producers of the series, which gave some great insights into what was going on back then as well as the original concepts of characters on the show.

Thank you, Gene, Majel, and interestingly enough, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz for offering up DesiLu Studios for production, as you originally though that Star Trek was about celebrities trekking out to different countries and putting on shows.

And 50th Happy Birthday, Star Trek. As a blogger said a couple of days ago, Star Wars is my first love; but Star Trek is my best love.

+goonies.

i really liked it.

season two begins 2017...

We're planning on watching the last two EPs tonight, it's been fantastic so far. I really pushes all my buttons as a child of the 80s, a fan of Spielberg, Carpenter, the kids are really outstanding (which is usually the weak spot), love the mood, the music, the acting is terrific, it's spooky, mysterious, funny.

Really well done.

Score: (solid) A

You might have seen my ramblings elsewhere, but stranger things is my favorite show. the thriller stuff was great but the kids reminded me of ET and close encounters of the third kind from when I watched them as a kid. Doesn't get better than that

My family just finished watching the first season of The Last Kingdom. We all really enjoyed it and are looking forward to season 2.

Finished season 4 of Game of Thrones and the final episode of The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt season 2. At that point, I was not up for any Jenny Jones.

Did they say why it will take so long for season 3?

I'm not sure about 2018 being correct but the Jessica Jones series, the upcoming Luke Cage one, a possible Punisher series eventually too + the upcoming Iron Fist series ties in with DD into the "The Defenders" series. Setting all of that up / releasing those takes too much time. I read somewhere that they want to go from two Marvel Netflix shows a year to three. Hope that isn't affecting the quality though.

That being said 2018 is defo a serious bummer (and a reason to probably stop my Netflix account for a good while)...

Any good?

it's like Downton Abbey, but in shop mode, ok, a bit less good at points. I also have it play on the side when working, so there a few episodes I have mostly listened to instead of watching.

I enjoy Piven in general.
The first season was definitely interesting, but season two was better in terms of directing & output footage. First season had a failed, in my estimation, attempt at creating an era like feel with fuzzing out & grading the footage. It reminded me of the very first episode of House MD. Still enjoyable to watch though, and made me wiki Mr Selfridge
