This is why I made my comment.

If you can't pay attention to the fact that this is a seven year old thread, why would I lease a phone from you or trust you to establish service?

The Sprint BAW forums (and now the new forums) are full of Sprint CSRs like this. I even got moderated earlier this year about a post I made several years ago - and I left Sprint 4.5 years ago!

It's partly this lack of attention to detail that has contributed to Sprint's terrible reputation.

My iPhone is a work tool. Only phone I have. I have it in a Spigen thin case and a cheap tempered glass screen protector. Never babied it, never roughed it up. Only phone I've had the screen break on was my Verizon Nokia 928 Windows Phone.
