i followed that link (German one) in The UK, and it's letting me download it!

I'm in the Uk and can see it in the US store by changing region, there is a big banner across the top.

Only way to find it in the UK is to select an apple app and follow the links to more apple apps. It's in there but is showing an error when trying to download.
