Thank god I'm not missing out.

It appears it isn't officially released in the UK yet, damn you Apple.

What is up with the error that it is not available yet? You think after all the iPhone activation problems (their fault or not) they would be on their game for this just to prove they can handle this.

Only way to find it in the UK is to select an apple app and follow the links to more apple apps. It's in there but is showing an error when trying to download.

I see. We get an error when attempting to download in US as well. They've got the big ML banner up on the App Store but the download will not start.

Until a few months ago, I was running Leopard on my MBP. Now I'm on SL.

Never.

iPhone 4 on IOS 5.1.1, non-jailbroken.

What rev of SL 10.6. ?

The reason I ask is I have one of my MBP's (mid 2010 15" MBP) on 10.6.4 and wonder if I should bump it to 10.6.5. I hesitate to go higher since at 10.6.6 it includes the Mac App store which I don't want.

I could go higher & just let the Mac App Store app sit there unused. Perhaps I'm too concerned, but I'd rather be precise & not overlook something important.

The main reason I'm being so specific is the security / malware issue. Largely a non-issue as I practice safe computing. I just want to be sure I keep it that way.

Therefore any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks!

It's on UK homepage, just not downloading, I think there is a little lag for us, give it a couple of mins
