Who is really satisfied of purchasing Aluminum iMac in spite of any issues?

There are several other threads that cover this. However, we've bought a couple where I work and have had precisely zero issues. Terrific machines for the dough - no regrets whatsoever...

Planning to buy one for my wife soon.

Issues? From my vantage point, there are no issues. I ordered one, and got one with no issues. I suspect that the vast majority of purchasers feel the same.

I <3 MY IMAC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*indicated 1,000,000 "!"

:p

No issues, and i got lucky, i got the faster Seagate drive in it:D:D:D

EDIT: All the freezing issues (oh god, those times), were resolved with an update on 11/15/07 (yes, i remember the date), it was a very heroic day for apple, and I'm being quite serious.

I was very happy with my 24" imac until i looked a little more closely. Now i'm sad.

I'm definitely happy, dispite a few teething problems. The machine's lovely to use, but most importantly, OSX is a pleasure to use......and I'm lov'in iLife. Especially Garageband.

dead pixel?

gradient issue. I didn't notice it until i followed the guides on the other threads and now i can see it as plain as anything.

It's gonna have to go back. I've only had it a week. What do i do? Do i uninstall everything or return it with all my apps/emails/settings on it and they clean it up?

Or do i put in the OS disks and follow the instructions?

ehh I don't get that WOW factor I used to have with my iMac.. there a little boring now.. but i'm on of those guys who always needs the greatest thing up.

i say bring it into the apple store and they will help you;).

We are so satisfied with our Aluminum 24" iMac we went out about picked up another one this morning.

Brought it home and just like the first one, not a single issue to be noted so far.

Well OK there is one thing that occurred with the second one that did not occur with the first one.

You see the first one belonged to ME and my children all looked like this when I brought it home.--->

Well the second one is for them to use and now they look like this. --->:D

I am thoroughly satisfied. :D Thanks for asking!

On Edit: The things I wasn't sure I would like at the time of purchase were the keyboard and mouse. It turns out I think they both are the best I have ever used. I dread having to use the "old" keyboard/mice at work now.
