35mm would be too small for me, even my 16622 Yacht-Master feels a little small at 40mm. 46mm Super Ocean Heritage...

Outside of the field watches this is my biggest watch. It's a big watch but it wears well. Like watches on Shark Mesh, best of both worlds :) Personally think the sweet spot for a mechanical is 42mm.

Have a taste for mechanical dive watches, so size is not much of an issue for me :)

More of a GPS tool... Casio's GPS Rangeman deadly accurate.

1K clicks from nowhere, all you see is flown in by heavy lift helicopter. No roads, no railway, just mountainous jungle. There is rare exception to set foot in the jungle, as one steps of off the "pad" when you do it's not taken lightly. The GPS Rangeman is a fully independent navigator if you know how to navigate!

We home now...

I'm sure it would interest myself and others to see a photo(s). It's interesting to see there is still an interest in 35mm size casings, as 39mm+ appears to be the general trend, especially for men.
I'll post one later on, while 35mm sounds small with the integrated bracelet it wears like a much bigger watch. The 40mm version looks like a joke on some wrists it's that big lol.

My daily watch was always my 39mm Tudor BB58 but I do like a couple of 36mm watches.

Are you a pilot, Sir? This brand of watch is very popular among them.

25 Years young, you wont get it unless you understand Casio, but if you do, you'll understand the value of this MRG. Very few exist, bought it new in the day, privileged to own, yeah is someting very special... You will rarely see one, a once in a lifetime experience if your lucky...

Casio never sold this watch, Casio did however produce the parts to create one over the course of time.

The negative display was always in short supply, I suspect it was too difficult to manufacture in volume. It's different to others, the camera reveals that. Only the far newer MIP displays have better visibility. Potentially one of one, it's old, yet to see another. Took time & patience to come together...

I don't think I've shown this fairly recent purchase before. Apologies if I have.
The first Pulsar LED watch known as the Pulsar Time Computer was launched in 1972. A watch which has fascinated me for years, as it did with many celebrities such as Yul Brynner, Elvis Presley, Sammy Davis Jr etc, who had the funds to purchase such a revolutionary and expensive watch. I believe it was priced initially at $2100 !!
The modern version shown below is known as the Hamilton PSR, a digital quartz with hybrid LCD/OLED display, sapphire crystal and 100m water resistance. The design is certainly not everyone's 'cup-of-tea' with a solid 40.8mm s/s case, but it's beautifully executed - which together with the unusual look is what attracted me to it.

I thought it may bring me as much 'luck' as it did James Bond in Live & Let Die! :p Just wishful thinking no doubt..... ;)

Is a superb recreation of the original, not too pricey, nor cheaply produced by any means. Will pick one up sooner or later. I like old school digitals, they have a specific style.

First quarter of a century is down, for reasons makes me smile. Don't wear jewellery barring a simple platinum wedding band. Watch I can express myself...

Go into a meeting, with most wearing the same, samey watches. The MRG Frogman stands out like no other, is very different and has that specific sparkle. Like the Hamilton PSR a lot, job well done. Just a matter of time :)

Just heard from my son who has just returned home to Canada after attending a company meeting in Chicago. I asked him (as one would) if he noticed any interesting watches during the trip, especially from the other management employees. He said no, not one. In fact he was somewhat disappointed to see that most if not all the other participants were wearing Apple watches, or similar look-alike smart devices.
I naturally then asked him what he wore to the conference, and was told, "The Hamilton PSR!"
In fact it was he who initially bought one, two years ago and being so impressed with that timepiece I did too some time later during a vacation trip.

I note that an anniversary edition 'PSR MTX' was released with black PVD coated steel case and bracelet. The display numerals are no longer red but green. It's a limited edition with I believe just short of 2000 pieces. If really tempted and pieces still available I may have to forego a future vacation in order to finance one......
