I tried to find out, but I couldn't find out what model number that one is.
Patek's seem to go from $10,000 to $300,000.
You need to bump that top number by a factor of five.

Or as is often said: if you have to ask it, you can't afford it.

I got the same one some time ago, with a black wristband. I like the lightweight slim design, you hardly notice you're wearing a watch.
Nice purchase!
Really? Wow, Yeah I didn't really do much of a search for price tags, rather a search for that watch. I just happened to see some price takes and that was the range I saw. Amazing what some people will pay for a watch, and I am a watch lover myself. I guess if you have the money and you want a "one of a kind" piece.
I believe their most expensive one is $11 million USD.

I have seen a ton of beautiful watches digging through this thread. I am currently in the market for a new watch and was looking for some advice. Price range is around 300-$350. I like the look of a chronograph with preferably a metal band, but also really like the look of the Tissot PR100. Any suggestions at ones I should look at?
My first Swiss watch was the Tissot PRS 200, which is a great looking watch.
As you can tell, I wore it often until I sold it a few years ago. My advice is don't pay MSRP for it.
First off, watches are not good financial investment. Most of them will lose their value as soon as they are sold. Out of the mainstream time pieces, Rolex holds their value the best because of their brand recognition and price increases.

For the best bang for your buck, I would get a pre-own sports model Rolex since they hold their value better than the dress ones. I recommend you visit http://www.timezone.com and http://rolexforums.com and do a bit of reading before making the purchase.
Very nice choices George. Out of the three, I like the Panerai but I'm partial to sport models.
What a strange thing to say. Talking quality watches, sure, second hand prices are a bit lower than when you bought it spanking new. But after that, it's all about how well it's taken care of. Buying a second hand quality watch is about as a secure placing of money there is.
If you don't agree with me, I'd be more than happy if you wanted to point me to where I can buy watches for a fraction of their retail price.
Not sure what part you found strange.
If you bought say a Reverso from me for instance, would you not be able to sell it for at least what you gave for it?
