I wanted a new watch and didn't want to spend that much money. Still think it looks nice and simple. right? =)

I'm looking to buy a higher end watch, either Tag Heuer, or Rolex. I went to some stores today and almost bought a couple of Tag heuer and a couple of rolex, not all together, just was going to buy one watch, but saw a few options I liked.

If you shop around you should be able to get around 20% off a new Rolex. Most places will say they don't discount and other shops won't. But shop around and you see they are smaller boutiques that will discount. Also you can check out the Rolex forums and Bob's Watches. Both excellent places for used Rolex authentic watches. Rolex prices tend to go up twice a year as well. Hope this helps.

This finally came in the mail. I'm still going to get the Citizen I've wanted, but this will certainly do in the mean time.

I would imagine they are fakes but I wear them both all the time

The leather banded Breitling was bought by my wife last year while she was in Afghanistan with the Airforce. The metal banded dandy was purchased about 7 years ago in Turkey from a vendor that I would be of a different moral fiber than my own. :D I love them both though. I have a watch fetish that is governed by budget.:D:D

I can tell you right now that the Breitling is fake. I used to have one from over there, and it started discoloring my arm whenever it was hot out and my arm started sweating. Eventually the whole back of the watch wore away. But if its not doing that for you, then enjoy.

Also, mine did a really crappy job telling time, lol. It was pretty awesome looking, it was the Aston Martin version, with the wheel stamped into the back. Copper-colored face. Beautiful, I just wish it was real.

No, have not had any issues of that nature at all. The metal banded one is battery powered, which to be honest I really can't stand with watches, prefer my other one, which so far has been a really rock solid watch for a knockoff. I would love to have the real thing too, but my watch budget is less than $200.00.:D

I just purchased this in Myrtle Beach, SC (while on vacation) for my birthday next month! My first Michael Kors watch and I love it.

EDIT - I have no clue why tinypic rotated the picture.

Just so you know, I do think the iPod nano's are cool and it's cool they make watch bands so you can wear it as a watch.

...It's just not in the same category as the time pieces shown here.

I figured the 94 in your name was your birth year. I usually check the time via my phone too. My watches are accessories, and probably my only weakness that's not an electronic. I have 6 seiko watches, all ranging from $300 to $900.

18, 7 months ago..

Its not something i wear everyday mind you..

If i need the time id usually just check my phones lockscreen.
