After pressing D after startup it went on some Internet mode searching for a long time and i didn't know what to do....
We have a few '10 iMacs and some have randomly failed to start-up, the following worked here w/o fail without opening the machine.

Remove the power cord from the source for at least 30 minutes (overnight is good, too.), reconnect power and wait 5 seconds, HOLD the power button down for at least 10 seconds until the iMac starts as normal.

This bit of iMac voodoo has worked on 21.5 and 27" mid-'10s with i3s. Both of these iMacs continue to work as intended to this day with no re-occuring instances of not starting. Hopefully, nothing has been disturbed from the iMac disassembly? ?

It seems to me your replaced GPU couldn't last very long.
Maybe you can try another GPU, a smaller one like HD 6770m
What good would it do to getting a smaller one?
Im thinking to getting a replacement, but what if its not the GPU? Is there a way to test it to be certain? (thats why im looking for the diagnostics)
This 12 year old iMac is gonna torchure me at the end of its cycle :-(((

A smaller one will be cooler and has less chance to fail again.
There is a way to test to be certain: Change to a known to be good GPU and reboot.

Ok... the symptoms are begining to appear more frequently now. Everyday im getting a freeze in graphics, the display will go blank and restart is the only way to get back working.
Im afraid this will not last for long and i may get in the phase of not beeing able to work at all with the iMac :-(((

Im not certain, if we covered the issue of being able to work with a display port connected MacMini, to the iMacs display when the graphics card is dead... did we? Cant find any messages regarding it :-(

Im asking because maybe its time to replacing the iMac with a MacMini and use its display.

Day by day things are getting worse, i get freezes and sgutdowns. Im afraid that the replacement GPU i have installed, will leave me as time goes by.
I have to get a new one, but what smaller GPU model could work on my iMac or how can i change to a known to be good GPU?
Can i get a new one instead of a used one?

The smaller one can be:
Apple original cards:
1. HD 5670m (this card in installed on base model of iMac 2010)
2. HD 6770m (this card is installed on base model of iMac 2011)

Windows laptop PC cards (still available and easy to find on 2nd hand market)
nVidia Quadro K610m, K1100m, K2100m
AMD Firepro M4000, M5100

I had got the HD 5670m on my iMac 2010 before upgrading it to WX4150. Sold it to another Mac user.
I installed the Quadro K1100m on my other iMac 2009, it's used by my son for his online class sessions.

Brand new spare parts (NIB, NOS) of 12-year-old devices are quite rare, to be honest I don't think you would be able to source for one. Even if you can find a seller for those, the price will be in the range of rare collectibles, not spare parts price at all.

1. What are the spec differences between the 5670 and 6770
2. The Windows Laptop PC Cards are they ok to be used on the iMac?

If not purchasing used card what would you advise me to do now? Im desperate, im close to a new break down. :(

1. If you are really desperate, why do you care about the specs at all? I would just happy the card will work at all in my iMac.
2. No, the Windows Laptop PC cards are not OK to be used on the iMac. Not without some mild to hardcore modding.

I would advise you to sell or dispose your iMac and buy a new one. A whole machine, not parts.

Im desperate because i've already given €280 for a card that seems it will not last long. Now the extra pressure is to make a right decision and buy one that will not go to waste.
I want to buy the new iMacPro but it isn't out yet.

The card i have in now on my iMac 2010 A1312 27" is the GPU Radeon HD 5750 Video Card ATI 109-B97157-00 661-5578 and not the 5670.
