I see the LG Ultrafine 5K 27” is back ordered at B&H Photo. This makes me think that the unavailability of the 27” iMacs has been about display shortages.

Apple has the 5k in stock, and it looks like the majority of B&H's LG monitors are backordered.

IF there is new hardware to be announced for today which can then be ordered/pre-ordered today - then the Apple online store will go down when WWDC starts...

If it stays up then nothing new or a spec bump here and there...

I think we already have precedent of them closing the store down briefly for minor updates in DC (During Covid) era.

Defo hope you’re right... worth noting though that the store front doesn’t get updated for the new version releases, typically just the Apple home page
