MacKeeper
iPhoto continues to work if you have the last version. Outlook 2011 does not work properly in El Capitan, and you should stop using MacKeeper. It does not do anything valuable for your computer.

Explain why Office 2011 does not work properly. What does not work properly? The other user said it worked just fine so I need an explanation.

One user said it works just fine in EL Captain and another user said it does not work properly. So if you use Office 2011 does it work or not in EL Captain? I rely on Office and it MUST work, or I will remain on Yosemite until Office 2016 is released.

Zero issues here. Used it all throughout the betas, too. No issues.

Also, Office for Mac 2016 is already out!

Yes but it requires a subscription. But I do see I can send $230 and get it from MacMall.com.

I do not need the new features so as long as 2011 works I am happy.

I hear that it does not work in EL Captian according to Micromat. Exactly what does not work?

Does MacKeeper work as well in El Captain?

how many threads are you going to start with the same questions?? o_O and why are you using mackeeper? it's garbage...delete it now...

All I need to know if it works or not. Your personal biases mean nothing and do not answer my questions.

google 'mackeeper'. nothing to do with personal bias. and how many threads does it take to ask the same question?

Never-mind. I emailed MacKeeper about compatibility. Oh and bye the way I have never had an issue with MacKeeper so not sure what your problem is.

Yes, it's working fine for me. Some folks have had trouble with Outlook. My only issue with MS is their arcane initialization system. I've been using Office 2011 since it's release. I have the Home & Business Edition and it allows me 2 licenses for 2 machines. I have an MBA with an Internal and external drive a cMP with 7 drives, 5 of them with OS's and Office installed. Obviously I can only use one at a time. Reactivating takes a lot of time and effort over the phone. On the last call they told me that over the years I've activated it 11 times which is probably true. They also said I wouldn't be allowed anymore activations. This of course blew my mind:mad: I do not have this issue with any other software house.

i've seen it show up on people's macs who never (intentionally) installed it...then we remove it. never knew anyone who intentionally uses it.

Mac keeper is strongly not advised. Really, you should delete it
