What was the occasion for a Dom?! Personally, DP with Dublin prawn is the best combination (accord in French).
What can I say but "yum", "envy" and "enjoy" (in that order)?

Same, specifically La Jefa a local Honduran micro-brew.
Had a rather unusual Mango Ale from Smog City Brewery this weekend. Wasn't to bad and had a lot more mango than I was expecting, especially after having tried Mango Cart from Golden Road Brewery.
Was able to track down a few bottles this years version of WootStout by Stone Brewery. It does not disappoint at all! Might have to track down a few more bottles! I have one that is aging and will pull it out in December as I found these ones aged for about six months are really, really good!

Tonight was Tequila night. Three shots to unwind the weekend. I have my IPAs ready for tomorrow (Raging Bitch from Flying Dog).
I cheated and had a lovely pint of Virage IPA at noon had some annoying stuff at work - afterwards had my beloved Cuvee des Trolls.
The last bottle from the Caviste…it’s very hard to get Burgundy wines, prices are crazy these days. But what spectacular wine, so smooth & powerful!
I love that beer!!! Something about it. Good stuff! I have had pretty much all of their standard releases, and have not been disappointed.
Agreed, the entire brew is top notch IMO. The only one that comes close are the southern Louisiana Abita brews.
