Enjoying a Weihenstephaner Vitus to end my Saturday.
Two still remain on my shelves (as opposed to well over a dozen bottles of Korbinian).
Only one Korbinian left and I promised to keep it for one of my girlfriends and I'm not that evil.
Actually, I enjoyed two Korbinians last night (sheer bliss, what a wonderful beer); in any case, I am quite certain that your lady friend will enjoy this sublime nectar.

On it.

It sure was. The shop owner said it was “too unbalanced”, and he had a point, but the delicate chilli flavours gave it the right spin to make it a solid 4/5 for me.
Quite a few of the very high alcohol beers are "too unbalanced" to my mind.

While, the Trappist beers of the Belgians are exceptionally successful in achieving this balance, not many breweries have mastered it.
