With a new redesign and more ports, not to mention faster performance, do you wish you’d have waited?

Myself, I’ll buy a 16” MBP, and leave my 13” 16 512 at my nan’s place, where I stay at weekends.

What’s your story? What do you intend to do?

When do you reckon the new MBPs will launch?

Excuse me! Why do you even care what we think about our recent purchase.

Ahem .. I convinced my daughter that the MBP 13M1 is what she needs for the uni, due to start in October. She will keep her MB12 until then. My son got my MBP 13 2018 and we sold his MBP13 2017 NTB. (I was surprised to sell it for >50% of what I paid for the M1)
I hope that by October will know more about the new MBP14 because that's what I'm looking at.

I’m sticking with my base M1 MBA. It suits my needs perfectly... lightweight, portable and fits in my backpack. However, I’ll be a little envious if the mock-ups shown with the thinner bezel on the MBPs is fact. Oh well, I just sold and gave away older Apple gear, and I’m trying to curb my obsession with buying all things Apple 🙄. One the other hand, my little cousins will appreciate additional hand me downs.🤪

Get with the program, Apple nerd. I don't want to hear about a device suiting your needs perfectly. There is no such thing in Apple nerd land. :p

Very happy with my M1 MBA 16GB Ram. Not going to replace for a few years, twice the performance of my old 2016 MBP 15”. However I will be upgrading my Intel 27” iMac to an Apple silicon one when it’s released.

I know I'd be totally happy with an M1 MBA but I'm holding off for budget reasons. The good thing is, when I can afford one, there will be a newer better model out.

I bought my mid-2020 base Core i5 MBP 13” in June, then M1 was announced and I almost pulled the trigger on trading it in and take the $300-$400 hit within five months of owning it. But after these latest round of rumors I decided to wait till the announcement at WWDC (and it will be a full year with my current MBP), and also I‘m still paying off my iPad Pro. I‘ll definitely go for a base MBP 14” when I’m ready to purchase.
