No. After 2 tries with the Plus size phone ( 6 Plus and 8 Plus) I must finally come to the realization that I don't really care for it. I really wanted to like it but now that the same features are available in a smaller package I'm good with that. The Plus is just a bit too big for my liking sometimes being unwieldy. I like the X.

Are they? I dunno if that’s true

Bought mine outright pretty sure lots of international people have forking over unlocked upfront engrained in their heads too. Since the subsidy thing was more of a North American thing (but not exclusive to)

Also people who Trade every year get over half back by a bit to fork over for the Next

It’s effectively like IUP except no monthly payments and flexibility to be your own IUP / planner and do it without worrying f about another bill

But I understand finances are different for peope and their approach too

Financially, it’s the same. The upgrade program is interest free.

And the X is extremely comfortable to hold. The weight, the stainless bands, I just find it much more easier To grip in the hand versus the iPhone Plus models.

Weren't you considering an X-Plus to replace your X, RP?

Not replacing, supplementing. And yes, I Will certainly be purchasing the rumored 6.5 iPhone X Plus if released in Fall 2018. The issue with the current iPhone Plus is the width, which the iPhone X helps eliminate that for one handed use. But I want the larger display, as I feel the 5.8 display is somewhat small for my preference. There obviously has to be a trade off somewhere, which The iPhone is large enough as it is where I use it primarily two handed anyways.

I have large hands & I find 7 Plus 5.5” screen too big. Also has the s8 plus 6.2” screen, width is less but the phone is very hard to use with one hand. I regretted after purchasing s8 plus, return was a hassle. Selling price is not good. IPhone X plus with 6.8 “ screen would be humongous. IPhone X size is best for me.

if Apple can put something together that I want to buy I’ll buy it. If not I stick with my X and I’m happy
Let’s see how innovative Apple is with the next iphone

Nope as long as it doesn’t have the notch. Isn’t a small slab of a design.FaceID works better (without needing a swipe up). Upgrade in camera. More color options. Etc etc
It’s kinda funny to me when I think about what a wider edge to edge phone would look like. I like that the current design looks like a regular sized phone but has a huge screen on the front. Pulsing they push an update that doesn’t require the swipe up or is that something that embedded into something that cannot be changed internally? (I’m not the brightest when it comes to software upgrade abilities)
