If I got shipping details am I good it says will be delivered tomorrow but it’s still sitting in Texas good signs or what you think ?
 
A little surprised at Xfinity this launch. Previous years has been smooth and received it on launch day…but feels like this year might be different. No charges pending and no FedEx tracking in the app.
 
Hey folks, like a lot of you I've been obsessively checking My Account in Xfinity, Fedex, and this forum :) Thanks btw for everyone posting here. Xfinity's communication is subpar along with their customer service...as we all know...so it's good we can share
So I guess keep your hopes up that even if some of us don't get our phones tomorrow, there's a chance we could actually get them Saturday instead of having to wait till Monday or Tuesday.
Interestingly under the Special Handling Section it specifically says "Saturday Delivery."

I tried looking up in Fedex with order confirmation and phone number as reference but nothing for me still. I got email confirmation at 8:04 am on the 9th. No charge on my credit card. I don't think I'll be getting it tomorrow.
 
Finally some news! No email yet from xfinity but I randomly checked the FedEx app and there it is. Mine is also coming from Fort Worth and has an estimated date of Saturday (the special handling labels it as Saturday delivery). Works for me! 😄

Getting some hope from these posts- if not tomorrow at least Saturday. Nothing from Xfinity or in my FedEx account yet... here's to hoping!

hi just wanted to post in here since I have been following this chat. I just spoke with an Xfinity rep. I ordered an iPhone 14 max pro with ETA sept 16 and did not see anything on Fedex or my Xfinity account for shipping. When I contacted them to view order status, I was told... "
I have gone through the order and it isn't

mind you, I have an order confirmation in hand with the ETA sept 16. so I would say it means nothing. fastest delivery now for those in this boat is the date you see on the website when you place. moral of the story, if you have the missing charge/no tracking info, contact them because its likely you’re in the same boat as me. good luck everyone!
 
It is becoming more and more clear I will not be getting one of the phone tomorrow even though I placed it at 8am central and had confirmation on the screen and via email it would arrive tomorrow. My wife's will be here but not mine. Frustrating but I guess it is just a phone but still annoying no one there seems to know what is going on and no communication to us. They could have at least sent an email telling me they were not going to hit the expected arrival date.

oh 100%. I'm very frustrated. and if there was an issue with my order, there was zero communication. ive been going through the ringer with these people because I'm trying to upgrade my BYOD and its been a mess. I couldn't place my order, the rep at the store couldn't place the order, and I had to go to tier 2 on the phone to get it placed. so I'm not shocked it got messed up. I am more irritated with the lack of communication on what happened/isnt happening since I made arrangements to be home tomorrow to sign... for nothing now lol

I think you might get it some people are getting overnight shipping so yours might come in tonight. At least you’re not in sept 30th/October gang lol

thats the ironic part of it all-- I am now. because my order was "pending" and no one reached out to me to let me know, so it just wasn't shipped and now I am part of the later crew. its fine that it won't be here, but the lack of communication is sooo irritating.

Just to clarify, was your new phone showing in the devices section of your Xfinity account? What is the tell that our orders may have fallen into the same situation?

Yeah I guess it is still possible but there is a cutoff soon for overnight stuff so would need to happen soon!

my device is showing in my account. I don’t know that there is a tell other than to reach out and ask them. they told me if I didnt get shipping notification today, its not coming tomorrow and its very likely it won't be until the end of sept/oct now. So I don’t think the estimated delivery at the bottom of the confirmation emails holds much truth to it

However the first flight to the Fedex Hub in Memphis is scheduled to leave Fort Worth TX at 9:15pm Local time.
The Last flight leaves at 3am Local time to the Indianapolis hub. If you don't see a shipping label in the next few hours then you will miss the cutoff time to get on a plane.

unfortunately, I'm east coast, and I'm not sure how to check that. I actually live next to the airport where Fedex flies into so I was confident it would all be ok but I guess not lol

I am on the east coast as well. FedEx's standard operation is to load packages onto planes around the country and dump them at one of 2 main hubs in the United States. Then from there they take another flight to the closest airport in your area that also has a FedEx terminal at the airport.

right, my route is Fort Worth>Indianapolis>Pittsburg international>University park>out for delivery
 
I have no Xfinity email or FedEx info, however I spoke to an agent and they said my order has gone through and my delivery is still set for tomorrow. Not sure if this is said just to tell me what I want to hear but who knows :| we will see if I get a shipping email soon.
