I have no Xfinity email or FedEx info, however I spoke to an agent and they said my order has gone through and my delivery is still set for tomorrow. Not sure if this is said just to tell me what I want to hear but who knows :| we will see if I get a shipping email soon.
Was it easy to get an agent on the phone? I’ll give them a call after work and see if they have any more info for me.

Hey Everyone,

I'm on the east coast (Maryland), I placed my order on the 16th at 8:09am. I've gotten the confirmation email and the device appears under the devices section in the app.
No shipping email from Xfinity or updates from UPS or Fedex.
I have spoken with two Reps who confirmed the estimated delivery is September 16th @ 7:12am, however they are unable to see shipping info.

I used the chat feature on the Xfinity Mobile app. I spoke to one agent very quickly, and they had to transfer me to the 'dedication team,' where I only waited about 10 minutes in virtual 'line' to chat with the agent I spoke to.

Got impatient and contacted support. They know nothing. They just reassure me I’m gonna get it tomorrow despite…not even being shipped yet for most likely two day shipping.

FedEx is your best bet. Check the app periodically and it will show the tracking as soon as the phone starts shipping.

Comcast chat confirms:
8:07AM EDT on Sep 9 2022 - This order has been received and the fulfillment process can begin.
9:11AM EDT on Sep 9 2022 - Review is complete and order fulfillment can proceed.

Order confirmation e-mail at 9:11AM EDT said (in blue box with address):
Pre Order - Free, two business day shipping
Pre Order Availability: 2022-09-16T06:12:11-0500

So I was/am expecting it to ship tomorrow for receipt Monday/Tuesday. Nothing I can find on FedEx and no emails this week. Chat also suggested it will ‘take 24 hours more’ to ship.

Surprised others are seeing delivery tomorrow (congrats!), but there isn’t necessarily anything wrong if you’re not, I think.

Im In Maryland as well and I got my tracking info at 3am this morning. I ordered at 8:05am. Hopefully you get yours soon!

Found this thread as I’m waiting on my pre order as well. I have yet to receive any shipping information from Xfinity. So I decided to login to my FedEx account and found that they have a tracking ID for a shipment and I have no other orders I’m waiting on.
So should be my phone.

Ordered a phone for me (14 pro 256 black, confirmation email at 10:56am CST on 9/9) and the wife (14 pro 256 purple, confirmation email at 12:21pm CST on 9/9). I got an email from Xfinity at 3:36 pm CST today saying my wife's phone is on the way and the FedEx site confirms it for a delivery on Saturday 9/17 before noon. No word on my black phone.

I'm glad it's hers and not mine though since her XS she is currently using is broken with only half the screen functional! I'm just stuck using a 7 plus. So when you're frustrated just think of us and how much worse it could be without good phones currently!

Ordered 10:55 am eastern on 9/9 and can see ship data in FedEx app as Saturday delivery. No emails since confirmation email and device is still grayed out. Transaction still pending on credit card.
