Wow, ok - I've never heard of Apple.com pre-orders getting delayed before. Must be some serious supply chain issues going on these days (or some big demand forecast mistake)An Xfinity Admin released public comment are stating that some peoples orders will now be delayed a few days due to Apple's shipping delays.
Doesn't seem to just related just to Xfinity but directly Apple.com as well.

Would be nice if Xfinity Mobile could let people know on there order status or send an email not everyone is going to visit those forums.
New customer to xfinity mobile. Ordered 14 Pro Max Deep Purple 256GB around ~8:50AM EST. No issues with ordering. Confirmation email came in around a hour later. Got tracking number Monday night around midnight. Got text message from fedex around 2:10pm this afternoon stating shipment was on the way. Looked in fedex app and showing with overnight delivery for tomorrow 9/16 by 8pm.
Some info finally showed in FedEx app about an hour ago, says Saturday delivery. 256 Pro Max. No email yet.
I ordered a Black PM 246gb, no word on shipping from Xfinity or FedEx so maybe that specific color is having issues

Both early FedEx flights have left Fort Worth TX with no movement on the tracking labels. Our iPhone's unlikely to be on these flights. Next departure scheduled 1am local time(Central).
mine showing it departed FWTX FedEx hub just after 9pm central. I am tracking a FedEx flight to Memphis that took off shortly after that scan. Flight lands in ~20mins. Going to see if tracking will possibly be updated from there.
edit - arrived at memphis hub around 1030pm central.

how do I track my shipment directly in FedEx? I created an account on the website and added my address. Is there anything else should I do?
I don't see any shipment for me except for one default (master), which doesn't look like anything to me.
Sorry that reply was meant for the other person, but I had seen the master label as well until it yesterday night when it disappeared.
I am in the same status as you. My order confirmation email from Xfinity said:

Not sure. While ordering it showed expected delivery date as 09/16. Also, if you read their terms, it mentions that pre-order device ships on Product release date. Still hoping for tomorrow. Where are you located btw? Could vary for location as well I think.
I ordered purple PM 256 on 9/9, but a bit later in the day. I'm curious what your order confirmation looked like. Mine said this:

My Fedex account manager doesn't show anything except "master"
All the shipments are coming from TX only. I got the FedEx tracking just now
