What the hell this is weird man. I’ve been waiting for a shipping email since Wednesday and then I check my bank account and my money that you took came back to my account and I still don’t have any progress on my phone. This makes no sense.

Call them because they most likely cancelled your order. Xfinity mobile sent out an extra email to confirm identity within 72hrs or your order will be cancelled. Everybody didn't get It but I did.

Looks like our phones are on the same flight. Our local distribution center is in MD as well. I've seen where especially on overnight packages that FedEx doesn't always scan as it moves through their system. It'll be 1500 miles away and the next scan is out for delivery. Hoping that's the case but not looking likely

The 2 phones on my pre-order that shipped were picked up at 1:02pm yesterday. Have a 3rd that had a label created and is still sitting there at 6:02pm.

256GB Pro Max Black - ordered 9/9 8:05am / label created 9/12 / sitting in Indianapolis since 3:47am
256GB Pro Black - ordered 9/9 8:05am / label created 9/15 6:02pm / hasn't been picked up but has Saturday delivery
256GB 14 Red - ordered 9/10 / label created 9/13 / sitting in Indianapolis since 3:47am

Like you, FedEx routinely disappoints here and since covid hit has always been at least 1 if not 2 days later than the delivery date. Since the 2 that shipped first have weekday delivery I'm expecting the phones won't be delivered until Monday at the earliest while the one shipping late Thursday will arrive before both since it has Saturday delivery specified.
We have working phones. The world will not end if they're late. However, I'm paying at least in part for the expedited shipping in the unit price and we are not receiving that level of service which is frustrating.
Yeah its my wifes phone anyway and she could care less when it shows up. Mine won't be here til Oct 28- 14 Pro 256 Silver. Funny thing is my bro ordered two days later than me and his says it will arrive Saturday and he lives 15 min from me..No rhyme or reason it seems how things were shipped..Both his and my wifes say sept 16 deliver in the order email..

They say that but I've never had them come other than their normal delivery time. If we are getting a delivery it's always on the truck/out for delivery by 9:30am. By then the truck has left the hub and begins making their rounds even though they don't get to our house until 3-4pm depending on their route that day.

Well Its 9:34am and my phone Is still In Indianapolis so Im assuming Im not getting my phone today 😢

Adding my experience to the pile:

First tries at ordering on 9-9 kept giving me errors on the website, and when I talked to support they couldn’t do it either, and said they thought Xfinity was prioritizing new line orders and not allowing upgrade orders. They said they’d call me back Monday to help order them (they did call back).

I kept trying on my own though, and eventually got through.
Ordered two black 14 Pros on 9-9 around 12:30pm, one 256GB, one 512GB. The 512GB was confirmed in 30 mins, the 256GB in 2 hours. Estimated delivery was 9-16.

The 256 appeared in FedEx yesterday, delivery for 9-17.
The 512 JUST appeared in FedEx, somehow also for delivery 9-17.
Both tracking only says “shipping info sent.” The 256 is available for activation in Xfinity app, the 512 is not yet. No Xfinity shipping email for 512 yet either.

Fingers crossed they somehow actually get here tomorrow, though I won’t be surprised if they don’t.

That's what it says at the top for mine as well, but when you look at the detailed travel history it shows 9:36am departed. If you look I'd bet our phones are going 578mph over OH right now on the same flight to IAD
