When I logged in to mine, it shows the same exact thing! I can't click it or anything, so I'm just assuming that is my phone since I don't have any other pending shipments that I'm waiting on!
yeah same. i took it to reddit to try to figure it out and people said it means there’s usually multiple boxes and that’s the “master” tracking # and i have two phones coming-but ones not supposed to come till the 30th! so idk, but i’ll keep you updated it if changes!

Does anyone who ordered one phone see that master thing?
I do! Here's a screen shot! BUT nothing is clickable and there is ZERO info!

I have 1 phone scheduled for the 30th this gives me hope even though I don’t have master. That probably confirms your 30th phone is included there I shouldn’t be having that anyway since I don’t have more than 1 phone ordered
 
How did you get to the second screen, when master is un-clickable?
I had to do a work around... Go to all "all tracking services", click "track by reference", I put in my phone number for the reference number, USA and zip, then click "track". THEN, it will say that there is no record, BUT if you scroll down just a little bit, you will see (master) and that was clickable!
 
I also noticed in the Fedex filters:

When I apply the label created or the In transit filter, it shows nothing. But 1 in front of them means something is coming.

No shipment on my FedEx via reference number, and don't see a "master" anywhere. Second year in a row Xfinity pre-order has failed me. Oh well.
 
So someone here said that they found out that that means there are multiple boxes in the shipment so it may not show for you it’s not showing for me either
It means that multiple packages are being grouped together
 
Idk I am skeptical. Everything that happened (or didn't happen) last year leading up to release is being repeated this year so in my mind my shipment has been delayed for the second year in a row.

I was messing around with this, you can fill out all the info bogus. Heck I even choose another country, as long as you see that master "package" on your account you can get to that page.
 
Anyone here order on or around September 10 and get a shipping email today? I ordered a 256 GB space black Pro and was told that it would be here on Friday but haven’t received any information. I talked to a customer service rep and they said that it should be here on Friday, but I haven’t seen anything come through.
 
I ordered mine on September 9th around 7pm, and it said it would come on Sept 16th, but the confirmation email now says Sept 30th…I’m hoping it comes sooner but i’m not sure if that blue box is set in stone. When i checked saturday the day after, the same phone still said Sept 16 estimated so i don’t get it.

First I’ve heard of the date in the blue box changing in the confirmation email.

Has that happened to anyone else?
